We stay a lot here and it is very consistent. If there are any problems they are sorted straight away. Staff are always welcoming and friendly.

Clean, good location, easy late check in. This was a last minute booking for us as travel delays meant we missed the check in for our apartment. We literally just slept there

“Nice hotel in old Antwerp. Reception policy needs an upfate”
Perfect location. A short walk from Groenplaats. The older side of Antwerp. The room was nice, and had a view to the main street.

The photos from the rooms are highly misguiding. They are in urgent need of refurbishment, all seems dirty and the whole hotel smells. Even the coffee machine water container was dirty. It's a hostel at a price of a hotel.

“We only slept there and managed, because we had decent neighbours. Location is great. Price was too high.”
The location is perfect. There is coffee, tea and water and earplugs (I’ll explain why…) in the room. The staff is friendly. The room was clean (except for the matras). Shower was clean and good water pressure.

Superb location. excellent rooms. Brilliant friendly and helpful staff. Most certainly on our return list when we go to antwerp in the summer.
