There was a mix up in the system for our room and the staff fixed it very quickly. The location is great, in the middle of the old city center with a great view on the cathedral.

“So bad, I had to go to another hotel”

I was given a room on the top floor, under the roof. I knew there wasn't an elevator but the stairs were very steep and very narrow. The entrance was stuffy and badly illuminated. I don't know where the photos in the listing came from, but in no way do they represent what the entrance and reception are actually like. It was like entering a garage, dark and musty. There was nobody there to meet me. I had to call the owner to get in, and I never saw her, and she was very rude when I talked to her, as if it was my fault that we didn't arrive when she wanted us to.

Friendly, responsive staff, lovely little hotel! Totally recommend for your Christmas vacation as it's right next to the Christmas markets and all you need.

The room we had was supposed to be a superior - it was fine but nit superior - although the locatuon and staff are great. other hotels are much better value.

“Unique, vintage and perfect”

The location was brilliant but I also loved the fit out of the hotel, all pre-loved furniture, pictures and bits and pieces, so tastefully decorated. Peggy was fabulous too, very willing to help me, even putting me on a lower floor to accommodate my heavy luggage.
