“Disappointed”
Air-conditioning not working sufficiently and noisy. Water machine on the floor were I stayed not working. No soap in sauna shower for 2 days. Light and power out at breakfast.

The facilities are outstanding. Great pool, gym, steam room and sauna. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were super friendly and attentive.

Room was good and spacious. Location outside the centre but bus 17 from the station and northern side of the centre stops right in front. Breakfast was good but can be very busy - it was a long weekend. Bread is average. Seems great with children given the number of families staying there. Spa is free.

“Great experience - noisy location”
Comfortable rooms, great facilities and really liked the hotel in general. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise from outside - it is a very loud location. Even with the windows closed it was very noisy.

The service and all the facilities perfect as always. We have been 3 times and we will go back every time we are in Antwerpen. Wellness facilities amazing kids loved it.

Breakfast was really tops (sweet&salty) Wi-fi connection Friendly staff at the reception and also who handles the breakfast buffet. Size of the room and view Excellent connection with the centre of Antwerp (the 17 bus brings you straight to the Central Train Station) The hotel is nearby several too quality parks, so if you wanna go for a morning run or just for a walk in the green, all is right there in 3min walking distance from the hotel.
