“Disappointed experience”

Not really anything that I could specially mention.

Good hotel with good servicesare and very good location next to Antwerp central station.

The hotel was clean and staff were polite. I only stayed for a night but I was able to check in 2 hours ahead of time and they also stored my luggage at the end of my stay while I waited for my flight home.

Great location, nice staff, excellent facilities. Very peaceful and neat. Water fountains at every floor, room spacious and well designed.

The property is clean and modern also it has a cosy vibe. It is very close to the Antwerp station and easy access to lots of restaurants and the main city centre. The property has a main reception and a breakfast area close to the entrance.

The location, cleanliness, the lemon and mint complimentary water at the entrance, very polite and helpful staff. every morning free hot drinks though we did not opt for the breakfast. micro oven to warm our own food.

The room is designed very efficient and modern. Clean, beautiful and utilitarian. The lights were fancy, everything was clean, it was easy to enter our room and leave and the location is perfect, so near the station.

“Pleasant stay”

The hotel is right beside Antwerp Central Station. It took about 15mins stroll to the old square. Basic shower itesm (towels, soap, hair dryer) were provided in the room but not tooth brush/ paste like other big hotels, which was fine for us since we brought our own but prob something for other travelers to take note of. They have 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer in the laundry facility room on the ground floor (unsure if its free). We did not use them but felt those could be really helpful for anyone who really needs, though they probably need to wait for their turn to use since there's just one machine each. Late check-out was allowed but only till 2pm and at 15 Euro. The price was reasonable for us although ofcourse we would be happier if there's no additional charge.

Loved the commitment to being environmentally friendly! Filling water bottle from the chilled water dispenser on each floor was far better than being provided with water bottles in mini-bar. Common areas had a great vibe. Lots of snacks & light meals available (eg pizza), “pour your own beer” was fun and a nice touch.

Everything. Close to station, quiet, has a a laundry and lockers for luggage storage. Friendly staff.

Modern, eco friendly hotel.

The breakfast was really good, there was everything you needed and the location was good too. It is right next to the train station and the center is a 15 minute walk.

Top location, comfortable place, final touch of building and room is not on high level, for fast sleeping good hotel.

The price was excellent for the location. Although the hotel is located directly next to the main train station, the area still felt safe and quiet. Public transportation and the city center are within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.
