Unfortunately, our experience at this villa was disappointing. We arrived on the island at 9:00 AM after a long flight from Germany and asked if there was any chance of an early check-in. We were clearly told not to go to the villa before 4:00 PM and not to disturb the cleaning team. However, when we arrived at exactly 4:00 PM, the cleaning team hadn’t even started their work. Despite all the exhaustion, we were forced to wait around 90 minutes in the garden and by the pool until the villa was ready. This was a very frustrating start to our holiday. Meanwhile, the check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM — making an 8-hour gap between check-in and check-out, which feels very unfair. I'm sure that if we had returned the villa with a 90-minute delay, we would have been fined without question. In addition, the villa lacked many essential items. There were no garbage bags, no dishwashing sponge, no shampoo or body wash, no laundry detergent, and only 3 dishwasher tablets for several days. We've rented villas in many countries, including in Spain (like Mallorca), and this level of lack in basic provisions was far below standard, even for self-catering accommodations. What was even more disappointing was that no one followed up with us afterward — there was no apology, no contact, and no offer of compensation for the inconvenience. This was not the experience we expected, and we definitely would not book this property again.
