“The most amazing and helpful staff”

The staff is absolutely amazing! They are so responsive, friendly and helpful. They organized all of the trips and things I wanted or needed in Antigua; includng Acatenango tour, which was also one of the best prices you could find. I spoke with Sydney much before I arrived in Guatemala, and she helped me and solved every one of the issues I had. They were kind enough to let me check in early, and I was injured and they helped me with everything and even gave me ice packs to use. The facilities have everything you need; they have a great view at the top and the breakfast is amazing. Overall, one of the most helpful hostels I have been to

Zoola was so incredibly helpful with everything. They gave recommendations of where to eat/ what to do in the city, which were helpful. They answered like a million questions I had. Helped me with booking a tour for the volcano and helped me out when I got sick. They really exceeded my expectations.

The hotel service was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were very well received by the staff, who helped us with all the logistics for our days in Guatemala. The hotel is simple but has everything needed for a good night’s sleep. It’s located just a few minutes walk from the center, on a quiet and pleasant street.

One of my favourite hostels so far. The rooms and bathrooms are basic but always kept clean and exactly what you need. The breakfast is amazing - oh how I have missed Nutella - but what truly makes this place stand out is the staff! All members of staff are great people, super friendly and always in hand to give great recommendations. After coming back to Antigua following my Acatenango hike, despite me not staying there that night, they gave me a towel to shower and are just all round, the best people!

They are the BEST! Best of the best haha. Definitely top 3 in my whole traveling experience. Clean and large space . Yummy breakfast . The staff are so helpful . It’s not in the center like 15 minutes walking but that’s totally acceptable. I will come back for sure .

Super friendly staff who couldn't do any more to help if they tried. Really nice team. Breakfast included was of seriously good quality, the best I had on my five week trip in any hostel. Rooms and beds were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Terrace was a lovely spot to relax or have breakfast; a proper sun trap with incredible views of the volcano!

For me, this is the definition of a home away from home. Roman the owner, Jimmy, and the entire staff—from the front desk and the chef to the night guard—everyone was friendly and helped with everything. It starts with being offered a towel the second you walk into the hostel after a trek, to high-quality breakfasts, booking tours and shuttles, and getting plenty of great recommendations on what to do in the city. The place is clean and well-maintained, and if you have any request regarding, they take care of it immediately. There are house rules in every room, like keeping quiet between 10 PM and 8 AM, which ensures a considerate and pleasant atmosphere for everyone. Hot water, luggage storage, a clean kitchen, a rooftop, and various chill-out areas. Highly recommended

Staff are super nice and helpful. They can book you on any tour/transport at the lowest prices and store your luggage while you go. Location is in a quiet part of Antigua, 10-15min from the centre but with lots of food options nearby. Breakfast was really great. You could pay that much for a breakfast somewhere else and here you get the dorm included! Free water refill and instant coffee. The single private room was good value.

We had an amazing experience, our room was spacious enough and very comfortable we had shared bathroom and everything was super clear. Breakfast was included and you have 3 delish options, tea and coffee are also free 24/7 as the refillable water. And the staff are 10 ⭐️ super friendly, very helpful not just with tips for Antigua but also for the rest of Guatemala they always ready to help with everything and have really good tips. Location it really depends what you looking for.. it’s a 15min walk to park central but that means you in the quiet place of the city and you don’t get all the noise so you will have a nice rest. They also have the cutest roof top with Água volcano view. So basically if you don’t want to stay in the middle of the noise and chaos and you don’t mind to walk this is the place for you.
