“Ok for a night, but not for long staying.”
The location is very close to the Parque Central, the place is very quiet at night so was good to sleep. The shower is nice and has a nice water flow.

“Excellent”
The hotel is really nice and quiet. The location is great as it is very close to the main square with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Although our room was close to the entrance it was very quiet.

“Pleasant”
Centrally located with quiet courtyard. Plenty of hot water and super helpful staff. Lighting was good and there was place for hanging clothes and storing packs.

“Good hotel”
Comfortable bed. Clean room. Hot water and great showerhead. Location is great. Last minute late checkin was no problem.

“Completely unhappy and unsatisfied”
There was no body at the front desk on arrival. Rooms are not clean , Towels look more like rags than actual towels. Unpleasant smell in the rooms. We request 2 rooms with windows and private bathrooms. First they offer us 2 rooms with shared bathroom then give us 2 rooms in which one have a window to a kitchen !!!! Mop closet are bigger than this room. Also they attempt to change us more then it was on booking . Besides location nothing else worth to stay in this hotel specially for the price. Same quality hostel cost half this price
