Nice hotel, with helpful staff. They helped us orginize the transfer to the airport despite the challenges due to Easter holiday. Spacious room, with a rooftop restaurant. Great location, walkable distances.

“Great location, friendly staff but a little old.”
The staff are friendly and helpful. Organising our transfers and communication over the chat was quick and easy. The Posada is nice but old but nice. Our room wasn't the best but we asked to be moved and the staff quickly organised a different room which was much nice and quiet. For the price, San Carlos is an OK place to stay, the location is great and to be honest, we didn't spend too much time there as there's so much to see and do in town.

“Cozy place in the heart of Antigua.”
We liked everything in this hotel. I recommend you to stay in room number 8 as it’s isolated plus have a beautiful ceiling. The staff included Carlos, the owner was very friendly. I recommend this place if you stay in Antigua. :)

Nice hosts and stuff ! Hazel and her husband really helped us with all of our needs. The location was good and the breakfast as well. The room was big and comfortable, we really liked this place
