We stayed at Mason Panda Verde for three nights in April 2026. The hotel itself is lovely and full of character, with a really quirky feel that we genuinely enjoyed. Our room was comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were absolutely fabulous - easily one of the highlights of our stay. The waiting staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and very helpful.

staff are friendly and helpful. The only issues is the hot water supply in bathroom that it's not stable. We had issue at both lunch and dinner.

Beautiful boutique hotel, welcoming, comfortable, decorated . 10 min easy walk to the central square. Large room, large bathroom. Attention to detail - tea/coffee tray in the room, good toiletries, scented bath salt. Excellent restaurant

We enjoyed the ambiance and the views to the volcanoes from such a great location in Antigua. The staff were nice enough to upgrade us to a bigger and better room away from the restaurant.

The breakfast was tasty and always fresh when it arrived. Some days we waited over 30 minutes for our avocado and toast or eggs on toast breakfast when there was hardly anyone else in the restaurant. Beautiful bathroom. Nice bed with good pillows.

What a great hotel in the centre of Antigua. The room was amazing and also very quiet. I'm glad i treated myself to such a nice hotel on my final night in Antigua.

The hotel is quite expensive for Guatemala, and regardless it felt they were trying to charge you extra for everything. The hotel wasn't very accommodating for an early check in, or late check out. For the price, I would have expected better service as encountered almost everywhere else.

Well the breakfast was included in the price of the room so it was basic good. The service fantastic ! and the place is really nice.

“Lovely setting, shame about the noise”

The room was really lovely with a great bathroom. I left something behind and really appreciated that they called me straight away and I was able to retrieve it. The food is good, but smoked salmon was ruined by a lot of very vinegary capers and onion. It's slightly out of the centre, which we liked.

This is not our first time in Meson Panza Verde. The hotel is lovely, the amenities are very nice and the design of the rooms is unique. The quality of the pillows and towels is very good.
