“Very nice hotel with friendly staff”

Very attentive and friendly staff. Each room is equipped with an air-condition, TV with Netflix, safe and is quite clean. The rooms are nicely decorated. Hotel also offers coffee, tea and small snacks for everyone. The owner is a nice and friendly person- he helped me in organising my trip further and is very accessible in general.

“Wonderful stay at very friendly place”

Funky property with bright and boldly decorated rooms including vivid wall art in the rooms. There is a water and coffee station in the communal area and the location is very convenient - only a short walk from the Central Park with cute cafes and restaurants near by. The hotel owner and staff went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely time in Antigua city. They went the extra mile to make recommendations, arrange shuttles and even arranged to pick us up earlier from Guatemala City so we could make the most of our stay in Antigua. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff who arranged transportation around Guatemala. A good home base, as it is also a travel agency. The rooftop bar has the best view in Antigua.

The owner and staff were very kind, helpful, and extremely responsive throughout the stay. They also offer an airport shuttle, which was very convenient. The location is excellent , right in the center, with many good restaurants nearby.

“Friendly, and comfortable stay at a great location”

The location was great! Every you need was super near. Gustavo was so friendly and patient with me. I just wish that I met him in person, because he seems wonderful. The staff that was in the hotel was also really helpful and friendly too. The hotel also has a laundry service, which I really appreciated after coming from 10 days in the jungle!

“A great stay in Antigua, definitely recommend”

We had a brilliant stay here in Antigua. From the start, staff were incredibly helpful- offering a transfer from the airport and keeping our luggage. The room was spacious and clean and in an excellent location for exploring Antigua, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. We had a really lovely stay and would absolutely recommend.

Hotel y Arte is awesome, the location is brilliant, close enough to the main square to walk in 5 minutes, near some awesome cafes and bars and in a beautiful part of the city. The rooms are great, a good size with some lovely artwork and personal touches and the bathrooms are lovely. Free coffee and tea, snacks and water were also really great! The staff are also super helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful. Such lovely hospitality. Coffee available all day. Lovely courtyard. Great staff. Lovely clean room. And a great laundry service!

Everything: the location, the staff, the room, the complimentary coffee, tea, and water, and the superb communication.They were updating some of the hotel's art while we were staying there and the owner,Gustavo, covered our laundry service for the minor inconvenience. The sky bar located above the hotel was very convenient. Would certainly recommend.

“Amazing hotel”

This is an amazing hotel - we stayed in the annex which was really quiet and had a great roof terrace over looking the volcano. There is a fridge in the communal area which was great for storing drinks etc. The hotel is definitely in the best location surrounded by the best cafes and restaurants. Cannot recommend this hotel more highly.

“Very comfortable stay in beautiful Antigua”

The artwork was beautiful, and the hotel was designed well and was in a great location. The staff were always amazingly helpful and friendly. We did a walking tour with them which was fantastic.

Friendly personel, easy to reach location, but pana is not the best village around the lake. Visit the other villages for a small boat fee of 25q. Goed every 20 minutes

Great location, the staff on site are lovely and always available via WhatsApp. They allowed us to store our bags whilst we did the volcano hike, organised transfers from lake atitlan and to the airport and has washing available too. Loved our stay here!
