The staff ware great very attentive and helpful and the room was clean.

Stayed in Queen Suite. Huge comfy bed (shame the quilt was smaller than the bed) Large room. Very friendly staff. The water was warm but not super hot. If you like super hot showers no good, if you like warm showers, then fine

My room was at the back of the property which was quiet. Although the staff didn't speak English, I was able to secure an airport transfer at the hotel next door. The bed was comfortable. WIFI was strong.

I liked how close to everything was. So we could walk everywhere.

On arrival we were greeted by Gabby, who was friendly and helpful as were the rest of the staff. The room was clean and tidy with no damp smells, the bathroom is a little small but it did have all the bathroom amenities. The only problem is that there was no long mirror in the actual bedroom. The breakfast was good, option of scrambled or fried eggs, black beans and bread or pancakes with tea or coffee. (7.30am - 10am) We were going on a hike and needed breakfast earlier granny this was not a problem, she was great and had it all ready fur us by 7am. The beds are comfy too. There is no real noise except from the reception area where the porters sit to chat but it quietens down by 11pm. The hotel is well located, 5 minutes walk from the centre. Definitely worth the money.

The staff are polite and friendly and really helpful. The location of the hotel is good and close to everything. I only ate breakfast a couple of times there during my stay, but it was nice. The room I had was large, and staff cleaned the room pretty much every day. You have to ring a bell to get in when the front door is closed which makes the hotel feel secure and there was usually no wait for someone to come and open the door.

Booked another night in this hotel. All went very well. Staff are very friendly and the room is comfortable.
