This was a comfortable stay and good value for money. There is a kitchen and a terrace.

Fantastic stay, very clean and staff were very accommodating. Excellent location and lots of space. Lovely building, feels very authentic.

Friendly and helpful staff, and the place was clean.

The staff was amazing. We spontaneously had to extend our stay and change the booking dates of a future booking which wasn’t a problem at all super helpful. The rooms were clean and the one in the back are very quiet. The shared kitchen is clean and well equipped. You can see el fuego from the second floor which is also nice. Location was good, everything walkable.

“Clean, comfortable and great value”

This is such a sweet property - right in town and minutes from everything. The couple that run it work super hard. The lady is constantly cleaning- you’ll never find a single space dirty. Pretty yard and 2 small cats although they are no bother.

The location was great. I arrived early, wanting to leave my bags while I went to explore, but was allowed to check-in immediately. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Communal areas were beautiful, with comfortable seating, free tea, coffee and water and a well-equipped kitchen. Staff also very friendly, although Mirna seemed to spend every second of the day cleaning things 😀

Lovely place. The shared areas are wonderful to relax in and the hosts are welcoming and friendly. Simba and Felix (los gatos) are so cute too!

Small budget hotel at the edge of the touristic area. Friendly staff. Older building, like most in Antigua but maintained well. Two cats live on the property. One is very friendly if you miss your pets and need a "cat fix".

Room was big with attached bathroom. The bathroom was a bit cold so as the rest of the area, since they have a lot of plants which makes it beautiful again 🤗 Also they have a shared kitchen, coffee, tea all day! And a. Rooftop! 🙆🏼‍♀️

“Perfect stay in Antigua”

The location, walkable everywhere. The room with bathroom was on the first floor with a small terrace. There was a kitchen , coffee & tea available . The staff were all very kind. It was quiet at night.

“Wrong location”

Hotel needs to get its location on Waze, Google Maps, and Booking.com. All three are totally wrong and this makes arrivals very confusing. I only found the place after about an hour of getting help from local people.
