“Overall, great place for the price. The environment was very cute and gave us the "Guatemala feel."”
The staff was very helpful and clean. Having a TV and wifi was an amazing addition. The location was great for getting to the center of the town and visiting other nearby restaurants.

“Comfortable spacious room - enjoyed our stay”
We stayed in the private room downstairs - it was very spacious (we had 4 bags) and a comfortable bed. Bathroom was also decent and clean. The shower/hot water was good once it warmed up.

The staff was so lovely and helped me when the shuttle I booked through them didn’t show up. I really appreciated it as they went the extra mile. They have a beautiful terrace, it is close to the centre and has comfy beds!

Jaqueline and the other staff were fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and such good value for the price. Breakfast is good and cheap. They even helped me with borrowing adapters and hairdryers. The location is on the outskirts of the old city. It is. 10 minute walk to most shops which is nice because the very centre is very busy. Thank you again! 🌺💗🦋✨

This place was really amazing. Such classy, elegant and functional rooms. You are very close to the center but far from any noise. The personnel was extremely sweet, we came back again for an additional night.
