“Lovely”
Very friendly staff and really accommodating. They let us keep our bags there after we checked out. Breakfast was also very good! For the price, it’s a lovely spot

They let us leave our bags even after checkout while we did the volcanos hike and when we returned let us use the hot shower with no extra charge. So amazing thankyou so much

“Bad experience!”
The location app coordinates are wrong, be aware to use the physical address. Next we were charged electronically for an extra night, which I still have not been refunded 6 weeks later. I notified the hotel and Booking.com, submitted my credit card statement three times, and still no refund. Booking.com is literally wasting my time!

The directions from the Booking.com app were way off.It directed us to a Casa Real, a private home. Make sure to physically enter the address for directions.
