“Underwhelming given the price”
Great location with stunning views of the volcanos. The pool was great to cool down in the afternoons and our room was cleaned every day which was nice.

Stayed for one night only. This is a lovely hotel, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was large and beds and pillows were super comfortable. Great shower, best so far and lots of hot water. Lovely atmosphere and murals, I appreciated the pool and sauna which was great at the end of my visit to Guatemala. Easy to reach location.

Beautiful building. Lots of areas to sit outside the room. Very helpful to have free coffee, tea and water available all the time. Staff very helpful.

“I wish we could have stayed longer.”
Staff were very accommodating. The room was fantastic and the bed comfy. The pool was clean and had a mix of loungers in the sun and shade. Great location in the city too. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Pros and cons - depends on what is important for you”
In general the location was quite nice as it is in the city center close to the main attractions, restaurants etc. However it is next to a bar, which I read in several other reviews. I would not call it a bar it is a night club. I think it is the loudest club in the whole town. On saturday night it was extremly loud. Like camping at a festival next to a loud music box. The other nights were better, but you could still hear the music even with ear plugs. Beside that, the pool area was quite nice! We loved to chill a the pool in the afternoon. Not a lot of hotels have a pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We changed our room as it was very small. Got a better one (number 5).

Great location next to the main plaza. The pool with views over the vulcano was a great addition. A bit noisy at night, so bring earplugs.

“Loved my stay in a fabulous room”
I liked the location. My room was really nice. There was a pool, free coffee and water all day . Super friendly staff . Plenty of towels and hot water . I could leave my luggage for a few hours after check out . Slight noise from the bar next door but this was advertised and nothing to complain about. They gave me earplugs .
