This is a fabulous hotel within walking distance of everything! The rooftop is magnificent and staff are so incredibly helpful!!! Loved it.

We loved our stay at Candelaria Antigua. The hotels architecture around the courtyard is beautiful and when you walk in from a long day out, dusty and hot , the hotel and cool airy courtyard is a sanctuary of tranquility. We had a beautiful and spacious room (it was a family room as this was what remained with two separate beds) - which was beautifully decorated. The shower water pressure was great and the beds comfy. The hotel staff were amazing - always happy to help out ( water for a hot tea or hot water bottle), everything was super clean, breakfast tasty, and a special and big thanks to Rudolfodias who gladly helped with the Spanish in making a medical appointment for our son - I don't know how we would have done this without his help!! The roof top with volcano views and small botanical garden was wonderful. Highly recommend

“Lovely boutique heritage hotel in a quiet location”

Lovely heritage hotel with a beautiful courtyard. The view from the terrace was also great. It is in a peaceful, residential area, about 20 miunute walk to the Parque Central. The Cerro de la Cruz viewpoint is a 10 minute walk from hotel. The custom order breakfast was very nice.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing upstairs terrace that has views of the volcanoes. Clean rooms, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Very good value for money in our experience compared to other hotels in Antigua.

Super nice, very clean hotel which has the advantage of being in a quiet location. Staff is super helpful and the breakfast is great - it has a buffet and some options to order!

A beautiful hotel with a gorgeous courtyard and rooftop terrace overlooking the town and surrounding vista. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The room and hotel as a whole were exceptionally clean. Overall, it is quiet as it is set slightly away from the town centre (but very walkable), although you can hear other guests given the layout. The breakfast, included, had several options.

Nice little boutique hotel at the top end of town. The staff were lovely and let us check in early and offered free breakfast. Very peaceful. The bed mattresses could be replaced as they were quite hard.

Very kind staff, the hotel itself is beautiful, it’s 15 minutes walking to the heart of the city centre but the neighbourhood is super safe! The breakfast is good. I would come back

Amazing place! Really loved our stay. It’s almost a museum with all the art that’s in the building. Rooms were spacious and the beds really big (which is rare in Guatemala).
