“Central yet quiet location with beautiful views.”

Very helpful, attentive, friendly staff. They were very helpful accommodating a check in at 1am (luggage lost at the airport!) Quiet yet central location, beautiful gardens. View of lava from the active volcano on the terrace.

We loved the staff and outdoor area, we felt safe and we had a comfortable bed, plenty of bath towels and a very good fan was supplied to keep us cool. The owners dogs were also super cute and friendly.

A wonderfully quiet and relaxing hotel within walking distance to all of the restaurants and all the sights of Antigua. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the staff super helpful. We really loved our stay here.

Hotel Cacique Real was great! The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was surprisingly big. We stayed here for our honeymoon, and they left us a very sweet note and a bouquet of flowers (they might leave flowers for everyone - I'm not sure!). The TV in the room was a good size and came with some streaming services, so that was nice. It was also great to have WiFi in our room and fresh drinking water each day (I appreciate that they provide filtered water instead of using plastic water bottles!).

The facilities were very beautiful, the flowers, the fireplace ☺️ the people at the front desk were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very delicious and we enjoyed it everyday.

The staff were all lovely and helpful and the breakfast was good. I liked the setting and the garden felt very peaceful. The room was cleaned daily and there was always hot water.

The location in the opposite of La Merced was beautiful und in the Centre of Setimana Santa! There is a beautiful courtyard inside with a garden.

“Coyz rooms, nice staff, everything you need”

From the first moment we felt comfortable when we arrived at Cacique Real. The hotel is situated a couple minutes by walk from the city center and the rooms are located around a beautiful courtyard. What made this stay special for us was the extremely friendly staff, especially Cristobal, who helped us so kindly on many issues.

We took a bigger room and it was spacious. Parking is 2 blocks away (plus they have free transfer). All good overall.
