“AMAZING!”
First of all the staff! We felt welcome by the staff (reception, restaurant and cleaning) from the first minute and throughout our entire stay. They were all very friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Great job!!! In general we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts were fantastic. We also loved the roof terrace with a view at the volcanoes. The rooms were very clean.

Very nice place to stay, cute little garden, clean and nice beds. We stayed here multiple times. They kept our luggage for free when we went hiking the acatenango.

The quiet of the room, the lovely rooftop, and the location is close enough to the plaza mayor and far enough away to be out of the heavy traffic. A peaceful spot in a busy city.

“Friendly staff, great breakfast & nice shower”
Very good breakfast on the rooftop terrace, and friendly staff. When we asked for another mattress they were very accommodating. The shower was hot and powerful.
