“Perfect stay”

We had a lovely time Chez Daniel. The room is large and comfortable. The location is quiet but not far from the center. The breakfast was amazing. It was also nice to chat with Daniel. Veronica and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and caring. We also appreciated that they even prepared a delicious breakfast to go on our last day. Thanks a lot!

The location is perfect, a short walk to the Central area and in a quieter area. Options nearby for food and coffee. Sadly, I missed out on the included breakfast. The host was very welcoming and gave me information on the area. My room was very spacious and the shower was nice and hot

Really great place - cute courtyard, comfy beds, amazing views from the rooftop. Breakfast was fantastic. The receptionist stayed late to accommodate our late arrival time. Very friendly. 10/10!

The place is really quiet and comfortable. For Antigua, the rooms are unsual: big rooms and big bathroom with a tub. Very nice staff respecting your space and also they have a parking space in case you are travelling with your car.

We loved our stay at Chez Daniel. When we arrived, we were greeted by Veronica who sat down with us and got a map of Antigua. She highlighed some attractions, restaurants, markets etc. She was so friendly and welcoming! We tried a few of the recommendations during our stay, they were great. The accommodation is not too big and it's a perfect getaway in the city. We enjoyed sitting there and watching the vulcano! Antigua is very walkable, but you can also easily get an Uber. The room had everything we needed and housekeeping was nice and thorough. We even extended our stay as we likes Chez Daniel and Antigua very much. Extra points for the breakfast!! The French croissants were wonderfull!! Accompanied with a baguette, fresh fruit and juice, coffee and tea every morning. You can also ask for eggs and beans, which were also delicious. Highly recommend trying both of their breakfast options. We had the pleasure of meeting Daniel and talking about our travels. He has some interesing stories to tell, definitely ask him about the photographs!! We travel by motorcycles and we could safely park them om the property. Also suitable for a car to park. Communication was very easy and quick om WhatsApp. Definitely worth staying here of your going to Antigua!!! ❤️

Very nice big room and yard. Nice simple breakfast.

Daniel was very friendly and informative. He gave us a lot of information about Antigua and other places in Guatemala. His staff, Veronica, was very helpful and responded promptly to our questions. We enjoyed the scenes and tranquility of the place, nice view of three volcanoes from the rooftop. Besides, the breakfast was superb, aromatic coffee, fresh croissants and fruit. There’s bathtub in the room and could have a hot bath after a long day. Will definitely come back!

The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the whole place was spotless, embraced by a stunning garden. Such an amazing stay, I'll definitely come back at some point!

Great accommodation close to the center but in a more quiet street. Big room, comfortable bed and nice balcony or garden with great view over the volcano. Communication was quick and friendly.
