“Good value for money stay”

Lovely rooftop terrace to have the free breakfast on and can see fuego erupting! Breakfast was a good portion and tasty. Lovely owner who let us check in early and spoke very good English. Extra beds in our room to sort our stuff out on.

This place really felt like home! Highly recommend.

Outstanding value for money in Antigua! The host is exceptional, friendly and welcoming. The beds are clean, and the shared bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is a great bonus, making this stay an incredible deal by Guatemala's standards.

Very friendly family who you stay with. The top patio area has a great view of Acetenengo and El Fuego (we watched the volcano erupt while drinking our coffe). Breakfast provided was a delicious local breakfast.

Everything especially the breakfast served on the beautiful terrace with an amazing view with vulcano.

We had a fantastic stay. The owner and family are incredibly lovely and really do everything to give you a good stay. The bathroom was nice and large, and the rooms were a great size too. Breakfast was also huge and delicious. Thank you for having us!

Ana and her family were very warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom was spotless and I never had to wait to use it. Breakfast each morning was tasty and plentiful. The laundry service was prompt and a fair price. The location was nice and quiet but still only a 10 minute walk to the centre of town

Beautiful roof garden, the owners are lovely and the breakfast was filling. They even made breakfast early for us, so we could eat before our volcano trek.

The family living in the house is very sweet and welcoming. Loved the terrace and when it’s not cloudy, you can see the 3 volcanoes from there. The breakfast that the lady was preparing for us every day was delicious!

Ana and her family were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. During our hike to Acatenango we were allowed to leave our stuff there without charge! The breakfast on the rooftop with sometimes a view of the Volcanos el Fuego and Acatenango was cool. Its a bit of a walking distance to town but for us that was ok. :)

The host is so friendly and welcoming. The room is comfortable and clean. The terrace upstairs is beautiful and the homemade breakfast was delicious. I wish I could have stayed longer!

“A lovely family-run stay”

- Clean facilities - Super nice and helpful owners - we were given lots of advice and guidance on where to go and what to do, depending on our interests - Delicious homemade breakfast - Warm (though not hot) shower - We could arrange the overnight Acatenango hike through the accommodation and it only costed Q250 (~EUR/USD 30). This included transportation, guides, 3 meals, overnight stay in the base camp, some warm jackets, hats and a sleeping bag. Be warned though, this is a very basic option. There are multiple other tour agencies that provide multi-course meals during the hike, sleep in heated bungalows and people also get porters to carry their stuff. Of course, those tours costs significantly more. - From the rooftop terrace you can see the Acatenango and El Fuego volcanoes in the distance. It’s a unique experience to see signs of erupting lava during nighttime or simply the outline of the volcanoes in the morning, while you’re having your breakfast at the terrace.
