“That. Was. A. PERFECT. Stay.”
Super friendly hosts (and dog :)), beautiful rooftop terrace with great view, plenty of space for everyone in the storage and fridge, we were able to use the well-equipped kitchen, we could leave our backpacks there during a tour and then shower (even after we had already checked out). Honestly that was one of the best booking.com experience ever!

This was my second stay at Casa ELA, so that pretty much says it all! Lovely family (and dog), clean neat rooms, well equipped family kitchen, clean shared bathrooms, coffee every morning and a lovely terrace with views over the volcanoes. Hosts very helpful arranging trip to Pacaya and onward shuttle to the airport. Relaxing location, not in the centre butsafe to walk the 10 mins in. Easy to access path up to Cerro de la Cruz and its lovely viewpoint.

Alvaro and his wife are great hosts and great people! He helped me to book the acatenango tour and was always helping out with everything I needed. The room as well as the two bathrooms are always clean. Nala the dog was the cherry on the top. The terrace is great for volcano gazing, you have a great view to Água and Fuego, I could even see Fuego from my bed. Location is top, a quiet and very safe neighborhood and just a short walk from the city centre. WiFi worked without any problems.

Exceptional hosts. Very helpful. Professional guest house with everything you need. I'd definitely stay here again. A bit away from the centre so nice and quiet. Easy to walk into the centre.

Álvaro is very helpfull in eveything, eloquent in english and really sympathic. Room 5 is clean and nice however a bit small. Sleep is almost quiet. Terrace on 2nd floor is really nice with a beautiful view. Nice dog.

A fabulous place to stay in beautiful Antigua. My room was so cosy and clean, quiet too.. Alvor was such a friendly host and makes you feel at home. The terrace has the most amazing view of the volcanoes. Can really recommend staying here.

Casa ELA Candelaria is a wonderful home from home. The rooms and facilities are well cared for, and the owners are extremely kind, helping with arranging everything we needed in Antigua. Also Nala is the sweetest dog and the view from the rooftop is absolutely beautiful. We had a lovely time and extended our stay twice, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here!

“Nice Guesthouse in Antigua”
Lovely accommodation with a great rooftop terrace overlooking the Fuego volcano. The owners (including their dog) also live on-site and are very friendly. The room and shared bathroom were very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for cooking. About 10-15 minutes walking to the main square.
