“Excellent”

Everything. Suite was amazing. Location was good, 2 blocks from Central Park and 100m from Santa Clara. Bed was comfortable, pillows were good, jacuzzi was clean, hot water pressure was good, clean linen. Water bottles are replaced daily. Good to have coffee machine in the suite.

The only positive thing about this stay was the location. Other than that, the experience was extremely disappointing and stressful from the moment we arrived.

Great location , spacious rooms, comfy beds, also had a jacuzzi which was amazing. The staff were amazing and gave us all the information we need.

During our trip to Guatemala, we stayed at this hotel three different times. Each time, the staff — led by Elvis — welcomed us warmly, helped with anything we needed, and even let us check in at 9 a.m. after a sleepless night hiking a volcano. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, perfectly located, and features a great shower and relaxing jacuzzi. Highly recommended!

Location is perfect, the room was a good size, shower was excellent, coffee machine ready to use every day, staff was kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious.

This place was awesome! We mainly booked it looking for somewhere with a bath... And the hot tub in the room did not disappoint - especially seeing as it's actually more like a hot tub for 2 than a bath, with jets and a changing coloured light and everything ! We felt well fancy. And yes, despite the size of the bath there was plenty water more than hot enough to fill it and have a proper good soak! It's right in the centre of town close to the main square so the location is perfect. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and when we had additional requests they were more than happy to help... It's also nice they don't charge for water bottles because we tend to drink a lot and hotels often overcharge for additional water - where as it was free here! All round - an epic experience and would definitely go back, especially for that bath! 🙌🏽✨💎

Really comfortable bed!

“Nice hotel”

The hotel has a great location. Two and a half blocks away and you are at the Central Park of Antigua. The neighborhood is calm but at the same time a block or two away you can find restaurants and good night life. The rooms are nice, have air conditioning which is a great plus for me (not a lot of places in Antigua have it) and the bed was comfortable. The little chairs and table in the room where not as comfortable but that is not a big deal. TV control did not work. We managed with streaming but we where never able to make the TV control work. Toilets are not very reliable but I think it might be an Antigua thing as we saw the same in other places. Breakfast was not great. I will describe it as just fine. Staff was polite and helpful.

“Excellent hotel to stay after acatenango volcano hike”

Everything!! We booked this as a treat for ourselves after hiking acatenango volcano and we were so glad we did. The spa bath was lovely and exactly what we needed for quick recovery. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and we were lucky enough to get an early checkin.
