This hostel was great! Only stayed 1 night but wish it was longer. Bunks were private, bathroom was great with best shower I had in ages. Great social areas in hostel. Everything was actually perfect.

Loved staying at Adra! The hostel is great, clean, very well located (close to everything), and has lots of convenient amenities. The staff are amazing, really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

“It is not for backpackers”

I stayed here during Easter because it was one of the few places with availability – which is probably not a coincidence. The price was quite reasonable for the period (around €21), and the staff were very kind and helpful.

“Acatenango tour scam”

We booked the Acatenango tour with Adra Hostel. Their communication about this was already really unclear. Yet we decided to book with them for four people. One of the four people arrived two days later. When she asked them if the reservation was already ok they told her she still had to pay her part. The result: we paid 500 Quetzal too much and they refused to give this money back. It feels like we were scammed by them. They didn't care about solving their mistake.

One of the nicest hostels I have ever stayed at! Everything is almost perfect!

Its a party hostel, so it gets very noisy at night

The aesthetic of the hostel is incredible, such beautiful grounds. Beds felt very private despite having so many in one dorm.

Great location, nice terrasse with great view (but closed on the morning and very loud and old (David Guetta from 2000') music playing until 10pm...). Confortable bed. A fan by bed. Clean place, cute decoration.

Bed space pretty great, they have lockers and a bath inside the room and the location is perfect!

Location, great facilities, modern, the bar upstairs is great, excellent breakfast included, and lockers are available.

Staff were friendly and kind and the bar/lounge areas were nice.

All dorm rooms have an extra single bedroom at the top, very unique - I got lucky to be in one of these.

Loved the staff! The hostel is also very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I was in a top bunk (3 stories) and it was honestly super nice. I liked that they have extra showers and bathrooms outside of the dorms so there is always something available. The food at the hostel is delicious and the location is perfect:)

Each cubicle has a privacy curtain, individual fan and light. Bathroom has soap. No towels provided. Lockers available in dorm Agua. Some storage space under the bed as well. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The courtyard is really chill. I didn't hv breakfast but the cafe area is also nice. I booked again on my return to antigua.

Comfy bed. Each bed unit has a privacy curtain, fan, light and power outlet. I had the bottom bunk which I liked. Dunno if I would like it as much if I was on the third level bunk. When the dorm is full there unfortunately is a lot of stuff everywhere as there isn't much storage. But overall its very comfy and I was surprised at how quiet. Considering there are only 2 bathrooms, I didn't hv to wait long. The courtyard and rooftop bar have a great vibe.

“Great hostel in central Antigua”

The location was great, very close to the sites of interest and the food was amazing. Very comfortable bed and friendly staff. The rooftop terass was impressive with a nice view of the surrounding area and the volcanos. I really loved this hostel and would love to come back.

“Great value for money”

Loved the hostel! The breakfast included was great and good size portion. Each pod had plenty of room and the bathroom facilities were great! Location was great for me, 5 mins walk to the main square for a walking tour and most activities would pick up from the hostel. I also got the shuttle from the hostel to Panajachel which was really convenient. They currently don’t do a laundry service but you can drop off your laundry 3 mins walk away and they very kindly dropped it back off at the hostel a few hours later.
