“A clean and well equipped Villa with everything you need to make the holiday enjoyable close by.”

The swimming pool is the star - as is the location. The villa is within easy walking distance of the beach, supermarkets, restaurants plus buses and trains that serve Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc. Public transport costs are very low meaning we didn’t need to hire a car. The photos do not do the villa service as it is much nicer than they make it look. The agent Stephanie could not have been more helpful

We had an amazing stay at this villa! Honestly, it looks even better in real life than in the photos. The large illuminated swimming pool was the highlight of our trip and we spent most of our time there, especially in the evenings. A huge plus for the barbecue area and the outdoor furniture — thanks to that, instead of going to restaurants every night, we could relax outside and enjoy grilling together. The communication with the lady taking care of the villa was absolutely excellent. She explained everything perfectly and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The villa may not be the newest, but it has real charm and soul. The location is also perfect — very close to the beach and a lovely local bakery nearby. We will definitely come back!

Apartment & location was excellent with plenty of restaurants & shops very close to walk to. New walkway alongside the river! down to the town centre was a bonus as it was very flat & away from all the traffic & noise. Would visit again, thanks.

Villa Bruyer is very comfortable, charming and lovely place to spend holiday in. Its swimming pool is absolutely necessary on hot days. Bpoulangerie fed us with crissants and chocopains. There is nothing more I need on holiday in France.

The location was excellent - a 7 minute walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Juan and nightlife. The pool and outdoors area was beautiful and much more spacious than the images show. We spent most our time outdoors and it is lovely and peaceful. The lady who met us at the villa was lovely and helpful and responsive on whatsap.

Location is great, very authentic 30 years old villa well located 10 min walk from beach and restaurants. Garden and pool were very confortable, villa is well equipped, good wifi and many TV channel options. Owner was very helpful to answer my questions before arrival, and agent who handled our check-in/out was amazing, thanks Stephanie. We will come back.
