Apt clean and spacious. Near to bus and train station. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom well stocked with toiletries. Lady met us at train station.

Great apartment and location. Very hospitable hosts and their assistant Pauline. Nearby grocery store with a great selection of fresh vegetables and fruits. Less than 5 minutes to the beach. Buses and trains near the house. About 10 minutes walk to the center with active nightlife. It was a wonderful holiday, thank you 😊

Location, cleanliness and facilities.

Super equiped, it had everything you could imagine in an apartment. All the kitchen amenities. Very clean, good location, spacious. Just one minute from a Spar and free public parking.

Sun only reached the balcony for about 1 hour in the afternoon.

The apartment is light and modern. It is well equipped and very clean. The double bed is very comfortable. The WiFi was stable and working all the time. The entrance to the apartment building was unfortunately a little dark and “unassuming”, but the apartment itself is very pleasant. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony, which is facing west, in the late afternoon/evening. The apartment is close to the beach in Juan les Pins, and there is a Spar supermarket in the same block, as well as several bakeries and restaurants very close. The location is very good if you also plan to travel by train or bus, as the train station in Juan les Pins is just around the corner of the apartment building, and there is a bus stop just outside the apartment building (where we once took the bus to Cagnes sur Mer and onto St. Paul-de-Vence ). Although the train station is close, we were never bothered by noise from the trains. Our host, Aurélie, was very kind and helpful, and quick to respond to messages.

Train station around the corner allowing access to the towns of the Cote D’Azur and Monaco. Small but modern apartment, but very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Centrally located in Juan-les-pins with Spar Supermarket beside it and a beautiful beach and promenade within a few minutes walk.

Apartment modern spotless and well located. Owners so helpful and warm. Would definitely recommend and go back.

“Lovely stay in Juan Les Pins”

We stayed three nights for two Olympic soccer matches in Stade de Nice. There were three of us (two adults and one teen). We found the apartment spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, great air con. The location is two minutes to Juan Les Pins train which we used daily. There was no noise from the railway. We swam twice in the public beach. Very convenient shops nearby.

“Wonderful stay in Cote d'Azur”

Very nice apartment, modern and comfortable, with a good balkony. The location is superb, with grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants very close by. Buses and trains just outside the apartment but far enough so it doesnt disturb. Just a short walking distance to a beautiful beach. We enjoyed an 11 days stay and would have like to stay longer and see more of the Cote d'Azur.

The location of the apartment was fantastic. 2 minutes from the train station and a 5-minute walk from everything else - pharmacy, groceries, restaurants, beach. The location could not have been more convenient. We walked to Antibes 2x (about 2km). There was a booklet with a description of EVERYTHING - what to do, internet (which worked superbly), restaurant tips (which are up to date because I know they removed a restaurant they were unsure of), rules (very reasonable). We were extremely pleased with 2 of their restaurant recommendations. Aurélie checked in to make sure everything was ok and left us extra coffee when the Nespresso machine was running low. Well-appointed apartment with Netflix/tv, dishes, bedding, hairdryer, toilet paper - everything. The only thing that would have made the trip better was some sun - we had rain most of our stay!

Apartment is very modern with everything you might need and also very nicely made. Big TV, nice shower , very comfy bed. Cozy balcony. The host providing water, some fruit and sweets and wine was a very nice touch for short-time stay. Location is superb by the beach , supermarket and many restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
