“Charming place with great location”

Very nice appartment in the centre of the old town of Antibes. The appartment had everything we needed for our stay, was clean and had that special feeling of an old town place with pretty flowers around the entrance and a nice view from the kitchen and the terrace over roof tops and the busy town square.

Location is fantastic. In the middle of the old town beside the market. Spacious as advertised. Photos don’t do the space justice. Balcony, on the quiet side of the building is great in the morning and evening with a beautiful view over the roofs of the old town and out to sea. Felt very private. Yes third floor and lots of steps but not anything like as bad as some of the reviews. Communication with the owner was all perfect.

The property was spacious, well located and easy to access. It was right in the middle of town with restaurants, bars, boulangeries and fresh markets within steps! The beach was an easy flat walk also. Despite the location in the middle of the action, the apartment was quiet at night. Noise didn’t travel.

Difficult to reach with heavy luggage - No elevator.

“Late arrivals beware”

Beware if you are staying here and not checking in between 3pm and 5pm. We contacted the host a few days before our arrival as we landed in Nice at 10pm. She said that there would be additional charges or she could use the key box. We said we had no issues with the key box as we only intended to use the apartment to shower and sleep. The host then asked us to message her directly on WhatsApp rather than through Booking.com and then advised a box is not possible and the housekeeper would have to meet us. When we arrived, there was a key safe right by the door, we waited 15 minutes for the housekeeper to arrive who demanded €40 to let us in. We were tired after working and flying and said we didn’t have cash. He said we had to go to the bank and wouldn’t let us in until we had paid him €40. This was not mentioned in any of the details when we paid in full four months before our visit so beware of this. The apartment is in a great location but also really noisy until the early hours. It is very basic but was ok for what we needed. Wouldn’t stay here again and have never had additional payments demanded on any other property we have stayed at. The housekeeper arrived on check out day 20 minutes early and asked us to leave as there were other guests coming that day and she needed to clean. Plenty of other places to choose which is what we would do next time.

Fantastic two floor apartment in the centre of old Antibes. Loved the spacious balcony looking over to the harbour, Nice and the mountains beyond. The apartment is well equipped with all the basics you need and clean and comfortably furnished in the living areas. It was a great base for a lovely week in Antibes.

Great space for groups. Fantastic location next to the markets in the morning, near lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Absolutely loved our stay.

The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Location is great - right in the middle of everything - close to bars and restaurants, old town, markets and the beach. Roof terrace was great too - especially for watching the sunset! No need for a car - you can walk to everything including the train station.

The apartment has a fabulous terrace, Francesca, the host, was so helpful and friendly. Location was great, really central, which did mean it was a little noisy on weekend nights but nothing that spoiled our trip. Overall, no hesitation recommending
