The property is located in a quiet residential area, 10 min walk till the beach and 25 min till the Old Antibes. The facility is clean, spacious, well equipped and with a nice balcony.

“Perfect in Juan les Pins”
A real home from home in a quiet residential area of Juan les Pins but only a short walk to the centre of town and beaches. Great views from the generous balconies while the clean, modern white interior provides a sanctuary from the bustling town. An additional benefit is the availability of off street parking, a must where street parking is at a premium. Overall a great base from which to enjoy all that the Cote D"Azur has to offer.
