“Spacious French district”
We've had room... basically apartment number H130, very big and spacious living room, bathroom with shower and bathtub, bedroom with huge king-size bed and nice kitchen with whole utilities, nearby grand shopping mall with colossal Carrefour in it.

The location. Walking distance to a Big Carrefour, boulangeries and bus stop. Cheap affordable price, you get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable and good black out curtains.

I do not recommend it at all! It is not clean, the garbage is not thrown away, the bathroom is terribly dirty, a lot of dust and the smell is terrible! The picture shows something, but the reality is something else! The friendly staff!

“Perfect!”
Everything was great, the room was spacious and everything worked perfectly, there was air conditioning, the bathroom and kitchen were great, the parking garage always had space for out car and we felt safe in the neighbourhood, there was a bunch of stores and a bakery nearby, the beach is 10min away with car and so it the old town, nice is 40 min away which was also reallt nice! Would stay again!

“will never comeback”
The room was unfortunately not clean on arrival. I had to clean the kitchen area, including cutlery, plates, and the table, as well as the bathroom. The mattress did not have a mattress protector and the sheets were placed directly on a stained mattress. The sliding windows were also dirty, with visible hand marks from previous guests. This was disappointing and did not meet the expected standards of cleanliness.the corridor was really smelly as same as the hotel room.
