This is my second time at this accommodation and whenever I pass by I will stop here again. I give the highest possible rating for the staff, accommodation and location.

5 minute walk to the esplanade near the water and a pretty walk around 10 mins to the old town, with the best restaurants being around the markets. Also a really nice costal walk turning right towards billionaires bay. Breakfast had nice french press coffee and the hosts were nice and helpful.

Great location, peaceful with safe and secure parking. Very friendly and welcoming husband and wife hosts who made us feel at home, but gave us our privacy. A lovely breakfast.

What a wonderful little guest house and Valerie could not have been more accommodating or welcoming. Thankyou so much for your hospitality! Located easy walking distance to the beach and old town of Antibes and made a romantic return each night after our explorations and eating out in the excellent restaurants of Antibes Old town. Breakfast every morning outside on the terrace, and being serviced by Valerie in her unique stile, was lovely and really felt a one-to-one service Will be a definite return visit in the future

Quiet, homey and quaint. The hotel is in the perfect location - a few blocks back from the beach in a quiet residential area. The hotel is an old villa with the rooms turned into B&B rooms. It’s cosy and very homely. Everything is well looked after and loved. The owners are super friendly and made me feel really welcome. Breakfast is standard continental, served buffet style and you eat outside when the weather is good.

Nice basic little Annex in a communal courtyard. Very clean and good location.

Great location, a charming place that gives you a feeling of being chilled in a town that can get very busy in the centre. Super close to the beach and an easy walk from the station. If you don't want to walk 20min there is a bus connection, which will also take you across the peninsular to Juan les pins or other beaches. Very good restaurants close by.

Very nice rooms in a beautiful garden and very nice couple owning the hotel. We will come back!
