“Good location with a friendly host.”
Location is really good and a lady who runs it is really friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very clean. This is not a hotel so as long as one is fine with this and has the adequate expectations is a good value for money.

“Disappointed”
We were put into a different unit to what we booked. On the description it said we would have a bath, parking, view, garden/patio. We had none of those.. my daughter had a broken leg and we specifically needed a bath. There were no pots to cook with and the aircon wasn't working or sufficient for the size of the room. We were disappointed with the price we paid and what we got expected

“A hidden gem in the heart of Antibes”
Lovely House - lots of plants - fantastic terrace - great location, it has a bath !!!! This is a plus - most places have only showers. I liked the element is doubles up as a crew house and is advertised on booking.com- So when I was there you see the same people - it’s feels homely - in hostels people stay less time and people move on- it was also very quiet and very spacious -

“Homely vibe”
Lovely helpful staff. Really cosy homely vibe. Roof terrace really pretty. Lovely room with a bath! Perfect location for station and old town.

“great location, good value for money”
very modern bathroom, stayed in the family room which was separate to the main house and very quiet. host answered all questions we had. very close to the train station and to the old town but still in quiet area. also easy walk to the main beach. small kitchenette in room. very good aircon.

Good location, comfortable beds, the room was clean and spacious with a small private bathroom and functioning AC, and the owner was very nice. The outside area was nice, as there were chairs, tables and plants outside the rooms. There was a good kitchen, washing machine, dryer and shared bathrooms as well.
