It is a nice little hotel BUT!

“Amazing stay, amazing customer service”

The owner was amazing in sorting out everything for our group including non-pork menus. She could not do any more for the whole group and there were 17 of us including children and it reminded me that you get your customer service ride and people will keep coming and I just wanted to take the time to say a big thanks again too the Owner for making our stay the most comfortable. Worth noting that the half board is very good. The dinner is exceptional and changes every day with high-quality food served.

Great location,we were only there one night but could have happily stayed for longer. Definitely stay again and next time book the Spa facilities.

“Great place to stay in a calm and relaxing environment”

Very authentic alpine villa style, situated right in the Aosta Valley around 20min drive from Breul-Cervinia. Excellent place for relaxation as well as for practicing numerous outdoor activities. Great for couples.

“there is one problem with the owner”

A few days ago I was in Italy at this hotel, a very nice one but there is one problem with the owner of the hotel, she is crazy. I was with some friends and booked 4 rooms. We got there are 16:00 and wanted to eat at the hotel's restaurant because we were hungry and tired from the long trip. Someone at the reception told us that she didn't know if we can take dinner there because they didn't prepare anyhting. The receptionist said that we can eat at the restaurant the next day but we have to inform them to prepare the food. Everything was ok until then. We went in the city to eat and when we got back to the hotel our wives and kids went to the rooms and us, the men, parked the cars in the garage. We knew that the restaurant was closed so we took some beers from the supermarket. We took the elevator from the parking to get to the lobby where there was a bar and some tables with seats were out wives and kids were staying. In the corner there was a woman and a dog. We stopped near the table were our families were staying to tell them that we were going outside. Right of a sudden the woman (owner) got up and started yelling at us because we couldn't have drinks that were not bought from the hotel's bar. We were like "Okay, we are sorry" and went outside right after. From outside we were hearing swearing and screams. That lady was cussing of for more than 30 minutes (some examples: vaffanculo, stronzo). I think that we were the only ones at the hotel because she was screaming all over the hotel. Some of us were understanding what she was saying. When she found out that some of us knew what she was saying, she started yelling louder. We were too tired to leave the hotel, it was around 22:00, although, we should have left. I do not recommend this hotel with this crazy owner, one of the worst places that I've stayed at.

“Amazing staff, food and location!”

A big shout out to the owner Guia for her welcoming attitude. We were arriving by car and found a road closure so we arrived late in the evening, way past 9pm. We phoned up the office and they waited for us for dinner, which was a big relieve for us after a long day on the road. On top of that the location is amazing, food was great, staff just as much. All great!

“Beautiful location!”

Pool was not open except for a small period in the evening. Too early for the night I arrived and too late the day I left.

The staff vas very kind and helpful. All our needs were answered with full heart and care. We definitely recommend this place.

“Extremely bad staff rude would never recommend it to anybody”

The staff are the most rude and appreciative stuff that we've come across in any hotel When checking in they just ignore you. You ask if it's possible to have food in the restaurant it is full next morning down for breakfast. Italian two waiters are sat there having a coffee clearly. Do not want to deal with you and start talking Italian behind your back unfortunately for them, I understand Italian, so I had an argument with them because they were rude , and they would not shut up after they realised that I spoke Italian Upon check out, the woman just wanted us to leave as fast as possible. Not a thank you not a goodbye. Nothing one of the worst places I've stayed at and I stay in hotels every week around the planet.
