Overview
This 3-star hotel is 1,100 metres in altitude in the centre of Antholz-Niedertal. It features mountain-view rooms with balcony and a natural setting. Public buses for the Kronplatz ski area stop in front of Hotel Messnerwirt. Nearby, you will also find public buses for Bruneck. Rooms at the Messnerwirt feature traditional furnishings from South Tyrol. Each one comes with wood floors, an LCD TV and a small seating area. In summer, relax in the hotel's extensive gardens, equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. Mountain and hiking tours are available and you can even hike up to the hotel's pasture to see where cheese and butter is produced. The Olang Antholz Train Station is 10 km away. The Kronplatz ski area has over 100 km of slopes and can also be reached by private shuttles leaving on an hourly basis.

We spent two nights at this hotel, but we are sure we will be back. The family atmosphere and the warmth of the staff were truly unique. One of the highlights of our stay were the dinners at the hotel – the chef is an absolute world-class master! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, yet very close to the main attractions of the region. Everything is tastefully decorated and styled, spotlessly clean, and we felt completely at home. An additional plus was the free parking. We would also like to sincerely thank you for the lovely birthday surprise – it made our stay even more special :)

“Amazing food - beautiful hotel - lovely staff”
Such a beautiful comfortable place to stay - food was incredible and staff were super friendly. If you get chance, order the cake in the bar, absolutely mind blowing! Would definitely love to stay here again!

“Peaceful, friendly staff”
Lovely hotel. Great room with balcony and Mountain View. Very quiet. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great food! Cordon bleu style. Parking free outside hotel.
