We like the location of the property. The views around it were amazing. Definitely worth the money. The host is a very wonderful person who's ready to help whenever needed.

A very polite and very cooperative lady with all the details and the residential unit at first I was surprised by the aesthetics of the place and the ancient history of the family owning the property, the photos and collectibles that exist because I did not used to live in a family house only I was living in hotels and after receiving my apartment and getting to know the generous family. I understood everything very beautiful and fun to live in this way. I strongly nominate the residence with Mrs. Ursula Leitgeb and I will be a permanent guest with them. Loved everything about our stay! The host, Ursula, is amazing! Location is amazing. We stayed in the apartment with the balcony and we enjoyed the view so much. Apartment is super clean and cosy and location is perfect.

“Perfectly picturesque”

A beautiful, very comfortable accomodation space that has everything you need in the most picturesque little town in the Dolomites. Ursula is such a wonderful host, so welcoming and hospitable - offers great suggestions of things to do in the area. Her breakfast baskets that we ordered filled with homemade yoghurt/jams/juices, milk from her cows, eggs from her chickens, breads from the local bakery was such a delicious start for the day. Also a trip to Aussenwerger Hutte (owned and run by the extended family) in the alps is a must whilst staying here. Food that tastes great because it is cooked with soul.

It’s a very nice place to spend your holiday. Completely new, very clean, beautiful apartment with everything you need. Very nice host; makes you feel welcome. You can order a basket with products from the farm, like eggs and order bread for breakfast. But it’s also an easy walk to the bakery and (small) supermarket. And the bus stop is in front of the house. With the guest card you receive you can use the bus for free. Location perfect for hikes in the surroundings, for example if you want to visit anholzer see, but also the famous highlights ‘drei zinnen’ and Lagos di braies.

“Bucolic paradise”

Ursula and her family were exceptional hosts. The converted farmhouse was renovated in 2021 to the most impeccable standard you could imagine. The rooms are very spacious and extremely modern, while retaining the charm that is characteristic of South Tyrol. As an added bonus, Ursula can provide in the morning (for a fee) foodstuffs to make your own breakfast, including fresh farm eggs, homemade jam, homemade yoghurt, and fresh milk from her cows downstairs, as well as freshly baked pastries and bread from the nearby bakery. It was one of the most unique travel experiences imaginable, like stepping into an Austro-Italian fairytale.
