“Extremely disappointing”
The house looks magnificent from the outside. An old mansion. There is a garden. Nothing else positive I can say. People are extremely weird to give this place such glowing reviews.

Terrific communication from Hery and Soli; generous parquet floored spotless room, a hot bath, very helpful in booking and paying for bus on my behalf. Nearby Sweety restaurant has good-sized portions of solid dishes at great value. Easy to walk to photo museum, the Avenida and wherever else.

“Charming, family-run stay in a beautiful old building with amazing hosts”
Hery and his family are really nice hosts, who go to any length to make sure you have a good stay. Hery was happy to accommodate moving a painting to hang up a mosquito net, helped me arrange taxis, advised on restaurants, drove me to and from the airport, told me all about the country and generally made me feel very welcome. The hotel is a lovely old building with warm wooden floors and ceilings, warm showers and generally quiet rooms despite the location near a busy market and a football stadium. I stayed here 4 separate times during my stay and was always happy to return here.
