They stole a cigarette cartridge from my room and I received no support from the staff. I was not refunded my money.

food overall was good quality. service was attentive and good. nice selection of international and national cuisine. drink selection was a bit limited. the rooms are large enough, the showers are excellent, bathroom is good and nice bathing products.

I got food poisoning at the restaurant of this hotel at 29th of Dec. It lasted until the end of my Madagascar tour. Most probably it is so called spaghetti with sea food.

“Total comfort and a great place to explore Tana”
A beautiful, comfortable retreat from the slight madness of Tana, with great terraces overlooking the city, but above the noise and fumes of the main town. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were all brilliant. Great food too :)
