During our stay, everything was lovely. The retreat is right by the beach which is cleaned every day. Breakfast was very tasty and different every morning. The manager was very helpful throughout our stay, any questions we had he answered or tried to find out the answer for us. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We loved this place and will come. We highly recommend it!!

The best place to stay in Mahé. The apartment had everything we needed and more, making our stay extremely comfortable. The manager was super helpful and attentive, and we honestly felt like we were at home. The beach here was the best we found during this season — we visited several others, and this one had the cleanest water by far. An absolutely perfect stay, highly recommended.

The apartment was super clean and everything was in good working condition. The location couldn't be better. Right on the beach between 2 beach restaurants. The staff were super helpful and always around. They took care of the beach as well. Mahindra and his colleagues were always responsive and helpful. They went even the extra mile and offered us fruits when they had. We will definitely be back as the location staff and sea/beach was perfect. We did tour the island for 3 days and did not find a better place for us to stay next time.

The greatest asset of this hotel is without any doubt its people. The staff are absolutely amazing — always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They help with everything, big or small, and treat every detail with great responsibility and heart. You truly feel welcomed and taken care of here. The location is perfect. The beach is literally 5 meters away, and there are 4–5 supermarkets, as well as restaurants and cozy coffee shops, all within walking distance. The beach is stunning — clean, peaceful, not crowded, and with no big waves. We visited five islands in the Seychelles, all with beautiful beaches, but not everywhere you can swim comfortably due to strong currents and waves. After our 7-day yachting trip, we deliberately returned to this hotel for another 3 days, simply to enjoy the hospitality again and to swim freely on this calm, beautiful beach with a coral reef right in front of the hotel. A special thank you once again to the staff for your kindness, your help, and the delicious roti bread — it was amazing! We will definitely come back 🤍

Very friendly and pleasant staff, rooms with ocean views. You can have breakfast in the garden, literally a few steps from the ocean. There are several very good restaurants nearby, but they are not worth visiting because they are expensive. It is better to eat at takeaways, of which there are plenty, and which are often better than restaurants. Every takeaway in the area has tables, so you can eat your meal in normal conditions. We explored the whole of Mahe and, hand on heart, the beach where this guest house is located is one of the nicest. Calm water, uncrowded, no algae, and at the end, large boulders like those on La Digue, and a small island nearby that you can swim to.

Great location, friendly and very forthcoming staff. lovely access to the beach, nice area easy to locate. We got the opportunity for a small extra fee to do late check out, since our plane was at midnight, which saved us the trouble of sitting in the airport sweaty and tired after a day of just waiting..

What I really liked about Shanaz was how clean and well-kept the apartment was, with daily cleaning that made everything feel fresh all the time. The location was just perfect, only a few steps from the beach, and the apartment itself was comfortable, spacious, and had everything needed for cooking, which made our stay very easy. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything. The whole place felt peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say — it was a very good choice for a holiday.

Our 10-day stay at Shanaz was very relaxing. We first explored the island in a rental car and then simply relaxed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was kept impeccably clean, with special thanks to the lovely Mr. Mahendran, who made sure we had everything we needed and made our stay unforgettable. A wonderful „private” beach, kayaks, an arbor, and a barbecue were available.
