Overview
SeyBreeze Villa is located on the hillside of Anse Royale and in walking distance to the beach. Itfeatures a garden and provides free WiFi. At the guest house, all rooms have a balcony with sea view. Rooms are complete with a private bathroom and cable TV. A continental breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. Guests will be able to access the living and dining room, the veranda on the ground and first floors and kitchen access can be arranged upon request.

The hospitality of the host, she have a lot of information About the surrounding Area. Have is a lift to the Flower Garden. And provide us an AirPort transfer by herself. The view from the balcony!!

Magnificent view from the balcony and very nice and helpful host, she even came to pick us with car from the nice dinner restaurant she recommended to us. Anse Royale is a very nice beach and in walking distance from the villa.

“Great stay with SeyBreeze Villa, book now!”
First of all, communication with Ms. Ludmila was easy and fast via WhatsApp. She picked us up herself from the airport for 30€ and she showed us where the local diner, supermarket and beach are. Her villa was well-maintained and spotless. Room was as in photos and stocked with essentials: soaps, towels, shampoo, tissues, and a hairdryer. Seybreeze villa is stationed uphill overlooking the sea which makes for a fabulous view. To reach the local diner, etc. requires quite a walk which is easy downhill, less so on the way up. I'm not so fit but I walked it fine carrying only a half-full backpack. If you have a lot of things with you though, renting a car is the way to go. Ms. Ludmila prepared a continental breakfast that was 10€ per person which was simple yet scrumptious: toast with butter and jam, sliced fruits, coffee, scrambled eggs and sausages with a side of avocados and tomatoes. It was so good, I wanna eat again :)

“Perfect stay: Amazing ocean view and the most kind host”
The most kind host we ever met! The host helped us with everything we needed. Perfect location of the villa, close to Anse Royal Beach - which I can say is the best beach on Mahe for Swimming and relaxing on. Our room was very spacious, clean and with an amazing view to the ocean! We requested to have a paid breakfast, which was very tasty and enough for the first part of the day. We felt like home. If we were to come back to Mahe, we would pick this accomodation for sure.

“Hosted like at a good friend’s house”
Very nice location - near the best swimming beach on the island; the house is in a quiet place, with a scenic view, comfortable bed with a good hard mattress. Water supply is always sufficient in the shower, with a good tap pressure - thanks for Ludmila for having an alternative water source for times when the centralized supply is off. There is a cooler with a fresh drinking water. It’s very nice to relax on the balcony with a cup of tea and enjoy the view. Wonderful breakfasts at a good price which Ludmila makes for your individual preference (she offers a variety). The breakfast is big enough for the whole day. We felt like we were hosted at a good friend’s or relative’s house. We want to come back again!
