We did love our 11 days stay at Royale Self Catering Apartments. David and Daniella are so kind and nice people. They always made us smile with their story's and jokes. It was like visiting family. All what we had to know about Seychelles and especially Anse Royale and surrounding - they knew and helped us to enjoy our holidays to the fullest. Car rental or private trips with Joevanni which was amazing and everybody should do a tour - David knows Washing, cleaning everything was done so special. Thank you so much and we will definitely come back.

“A real gem in Anse Royale, excellent quality/price ratio”

The apartment ticked all the boxes: location (beautiful beach across the road, shops, restaurants, beach bars, atm, supermarkets, market and fish shops, bus stop, etc just below or in front of the apartment or a few steps away); facilities (fully equipped apartment with excellent cooking gear, fast Wi-Fi, good tv channels choice, free parking inside de apartment complex, external shower to clean the sand before entering the apartment, great AC and fan, paid laundry service if needed, etc); outstanding cleanliness and perfectly maintained furniture and gear (from good night curtains for a perfect sleep to new bathroom with good, strong hot shower, good windows isolation, etc) with free daily cleaning service like in a hotel; amazing and lovely hosts (Daniella and her husband go the extra mile to make their guests’ stay as smooth and pleasant as possible, always available for good advice or to help you with anything you may need, with very easy and quick communication before and during your stay). We stayed for 4 nights but we would have loved to stay longer: their apartments are a real gem in Mahe! We strongly recommend for medium/long stays, including Anse Royale as a base in Mahe - more laid back, authentic and less touristy than Beau Vallon, and better located to explore the island.

Nice, large apartment with all kitchen equipment you need. Very friendly, welcoming by owner and staff. Very near to the beach, ATM and several supermarkets.

Very convenient location. 2 minutes' walk to the sea. Clean apartments. Cleaned every day. Very hospitable hosts. They helped with everything and responded to any request. The location is perfect. The sea, shops, cafes, pharmacy, and bus stops are nearby. I recommend these apartments! Daniella, David, thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

Great location - nearby shops, beach bar, fish market, across the street from beautiful Anse Royale beach. Hosts are very nice and responsive. Apartment has very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Wi fi works very good.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was very spacious and sparkling clean, which we truly appreciated. The island itself is absolutely beautiful and full of charm. A great place to relax and enjoy the scenery!

First of all, the owners are very kind and nice people. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, we also had parking. The location is perfect, from this point you can easily discover the whole island and there is a nice beach just a cross. All in all, everything was great and we are coming back for sure 🥰

“Exceptional property, would recommend”

The apartment was well equipped, secure and immaculately clean. The air conditioning in the bedroom was an absolute life saver. The staff gave regular and clear communication and were very friendly and helpful. Outdoor shower provided to rinse off the sand, there is a laundry service available for a small fee and the parking compound is very safe and secure. A beautiful beach is literally one minute away.

Well-equipped apartments with two rooms, air conditioning, and a long balcony with drying racks.
A nice kitchen with all the necessities. Daily cleaning (except Sundays), which was a pleasant surprise for apartments. Private parking is available. Great location — small grocery stores nearby, a fruit market, and a currency exchange point just across the road. There are also two lovely beach bars/cafés, a takeaway (including pizza), and a petrol station. I can’t comment on the road noise mentioned in some reviews. Locals do enjoy driving with loud music, but not during late evenings or nights. All the most beautiful beaches are on this side of the island. David & Daniella go above and beyond in every possible way. They arranged our transfer and helped us with car rental. Overall, it felt like we were staying at our relatives’ home — full of love ❤️

We travel often, but Royale Self Catering Apartment stands out as one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from Anse Royale, one of the most beautiful beaches in Mahé, and surrounded by everything you need: shops, markets, and even the famous Leo’s food truck with its delicious takeaway meals right nearby. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible hospitality. We’ve never met owners who care so genuinely about their guests. From welcoming us with an extremely early check-in at 5AM, to organizing private drivers, answering every question with a smile, and making sure we were comfortable at all times — their warmth and dedication made our trip unforgettable. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. Book it — you’ll be taken care of in every possible way, and your trip will be all the better for it.

This nice couple is awesome. So helpful and always happy to give advice or e.g. arrange for a rental car or Taxi. We liked the Beach very much, it’s beautiful and we went snorkeling and saw some fish. Take Aways, ATM and supermarkets are close by. We felt very welcome! Thank you for eveyghing!
