Excellent apartments, two bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, a spacious kitchen and living room. All the necessary appliances, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a gas stove, and plenty of dishes, ensuring a comfortable stay. Private parking spaces, a shower at the entrance to wash off the sand and a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean. Special thanks Sophia, who was attentive, caring, and answered all our questions. At the end of our stay, she prepared a delicious Creole dinner. We highly recommend this wonderful place and will definitely return.

A wonderful and welcoming stay! This guest house in the Seychelles was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well‑equipped, with a lovely view from the balcony that made every morning feel special. As a self catering guest house the kitchen was equipped with all we needed with thoughtful touches that showed how much care the hosts put into everything they do. The location was ideal — peaceful, close to the beach, and a great starting point for exploring the island. We’ve just returned from an unforgettable holiday at Le Ronce Villa (Anse Royale, Mahé Island) — and this place turned out to be even better than we could have imagined. The villa is perfectly located, surrounded by lush tropical greenery and stunning views. From the balcony, you can enjoy breathtaking ocean views and sunrises — an ideal spot for peaceful relaxation and morning coffee. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay: a well-stocked kitchen, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a cozy terrace — everything is thoughtfully arranged for guests’ comfort. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail — it’s clear that the hosts truly care about every aspect of the villa. A special thank you to Sophia and Richard, and their lovely little daughter. They welcomed us warmly, helped with our transfer arrangements, and shared many useful local tips. They are practical, attentive, and wonderfully hospitable people — with them, you truly feel at home. What impressed us most was the great value for money, the consistently high guest ratings, and the hosts’ genuine willingness to help with anything. All this makes Le Ronce Villa a perfect choice for both couples and families. We left with gratitude in our hearts and a promise to return. Sophia is the best host I’ve ever met, she helped us with everything we needed and was in touch all the time. The apartment is very spacious with a great view, we felt very much like home. We walked up the hill easily, so don’t be afraid if you don’t have a car.

Thanks for a comfortable stay to Sofia and her assistants! Everything you need for a vacation is there! The friendly owner of the apartment is always ready to help. There is a good grocery store within walking distance!

Everything, the apartment has everything you need for a long stay, washing machine, fridge, stove, oven, you name it. Very clean and cosy apartment. Sophia is a lovely host, she goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The location is great if you want to go to the beach or explore the entire island, plus the view from the balcony is so beautiful.

The apartments are spacious and functional. The balcony is lovely with amazing views - with fruit bats flying nearby. Sophia is a wonderful host - always smiling and ready to assist. The location is perfect to explore South Mahe and the West coast - which in my view are the best parts of the island.

“A perfect getaway”

The staffs were welcoming & kind, they ensured that we were comfortable & felt at home. The location was perfect and the view was beautiful. It was a quiet place and we didn’t have to stress about anything. It truly was the ideal place for a getaway.

I stayed at Le Ronce Villa for the second time. First time was in 2019 and I was very satisfied stayed at this property. Now was my second time and it was perfect stay again, in every aspects. Apartment was super clean, well equiped with all amenities you need. Also the host, Sophia, is very helpful person and do not hesitate to ask her about the hints regarding restaurants, take aways and other useful informations. She will explain you everything you should know about island and Anse Royale. I would like to say thanks a lot for everything she helped us. Mahe is beautiful island, as well Praslin and La Digue. For Mahe and Praslin I recommend to hire a car.

Very nice appartement with a lot of space, very clean, everything works perfect. The decor is very cozy. And Sophia the host , is a very adorable kindly lady!

“Great Accommodation in a perfect location”

Chose Anse Royale as one of the best locations on the island... We weren't disappointed! Sophia is a fantastic host. Very organised. Supplied a hairdryer when we thought the appt had one. Then left us coconuts and papaya during the week. Always on hand for our queries. Apartment is huge! Yes, really. Dozens of power sockets and the unexpected bonus of a washing machine. Generally superbly equipped. Made life very easy. Lovely views down to the sea.. But We only used a car one day so walked up the hill back to the apartment every day from the beach. It's about 25 minutes on the flat from the best (Northern) shady end of Anse Royale beach, followed by 5 minutes of hard slog up a 25% gradient to get to the apartment . We managed it all 10 days and we are in our 60's and no longer stream lined! Absolutely recommended. Everything I hoped the Seychelles would provide came to fruition in this idyllic location.

“Amazing view and host near Royal Anse, highly recommended”

The property was one of the best during our stay in the Seychelles. It was well equipped with all appliances we needed (washing machine, kitchen etc.) The view was spectacular from the balcony and Sophia is the most amazing host that you can wish for.

We enjoyed a lot staying in Sophia's apartment. Sophia is very nice and always ready to help. The apartment fully corresponds to the description and photos. It has a full kitchen. Wifi works very well. We stayed for 2 weeks and will be glad to stay more.

“Here you experience paradise on earth”

Comfortable bed, spacious apartment. All amenities needed. Best scenery view one gets on the island. Safe neighbourhood under supervision of a kestrel (local bird) that visits the balcony. Actually that was the only place I saw it, appears to be of a shy species. Can watch the nature and its habitat from a beautiful balcony. In fact all view from all windows was amazing. Moderate walking distance to the beach and touristic destinations. Best beaches nearby. Especially one beach with parking, gives exclusive opportunity to snorkel starting directly from the beach. Very satisfied staying 2,5 weeks. Cheerful, considerate and helpful host Sophia is available for you whenever any questions might arise or if any guidance is needed.
