“Excellent apartment in Anse Royale”

A quiet location, spacious room with a private kitchen and a large bathroom. The kitchen had everything needed to cook breakfast or dinner. There is a private fenced yard with parking for a rental car, which was very convenient. The host was very kind, shared helpful information about the area, offered us fruits from her own garden, and was always available in case we had any questions. Thank you very much for a wonderful 7-night stay!

“Wonderful and quiet place”

Apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need and more so it felt like home. Wonderful seaview, beautiful nature and balcony where you can enjoy sunrise in the morning and pleasant breeze in the evening. Host is the most pleasant and caring lady.

This is a great location for exploring the south and the best beaches of Mahé Island! There are shops and a market nearby. The host, Andrea, is incredibly kind and caring. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Make sure to bring a plug-in mosquito repellent, as we couldn’t find one in local stores, and it would have been really useful. 🙏

Apartment was nice and clean. Beautiful view! Close to the beach and shops and some good take aways as well. The kitchen was very well equipped. the host was also very friendly- she gave us a good tips for our stay! Thank you ☺️

Very close to the beach and town centre.bthe apartment was spacious with the huge balcony and serene views. Andrea was an amazing host. And the dogs were lovely and friendly.

“Close to nature, close to the beaches - spacious apartment.”

The property is located just a minute away from some local beaches, the apartment is spacious, definitely bright and we especially appreciated the big bathroom and the outside balcony area! It is definitely a good choice for someone who wants to be a little far removed from the hustle and bustle, and stay close to nature. Fun and respectful pets!

Very beautiful view; Big terrace; Near to supermarkets and fish&fruits market.

The place is a very honorable choice for someone who would prefer to avoid the usual indifferent tourist options of Beau Vallon. The aparment was spacious clean and very comfortable with a great view of the ocean, Andrea and Benjamin are very helpful and have created an accommodation where you can stay very comfortably in an area that using a car you can explore the authentic peaceful part of Mahe with the dense vegetation on the edge of the jungle and uncrowded noumerous beaches that I would all chose them as permanent wallpaper on my computer. There you understand much better in what an insurmountable island you have come to.

Brilliant position in beautiful Anse Royale, with spectacular views from the ample patio. Andrea and her son, Benjamin, were kind and attentive hosts, spoiling us with flowers and fruit from the garden.

“Amazing for that price”

Everything is according to description, clean, tidy. Andrea and Ben are very friendly and attentive. They are ready to help you with everything you may need. Quiet place. Perfect position in the island. A shop is a few minutes by walk. Also a bus station but I recommend to hire a car. The best places are on the south. Very good accommodation. We stayed here for two weeks. We would choose that again.

“Amazing accommodation in Seychelles”

The best accommodation we had in Seychelles. Pictures don't do enough justice. It's just better. Very spacious as well. We could see the sunrise while sipping coffee. Lots of birds around as there are tall trees surrounding the area. Andrea is a great host. Very nice to chat with and she has loads of ideas about what to do / where to go. If you love fish, there's a shop nearby which will make you happy. Good prices too. The flat is very well equipped including BBQ facilities.

“Our favorite stay in Seychelles.”

The apartment and its interior decor were very nice. the view from the balcony is super and the owner is a very kind person. There is a bus stop quite close to the property which can bring you to anse royale, where you can find shops, restaurants and a lovely beach.

“We would come back!”

Nice and big rooms. Impressive view from the big balcony. Nice garden. Friendly and helpful owner. Good located near to Anse Royale with a nice beach, ATMs, mini markets, take away's (ca 10min walk by foot and to the end of the beach 25min). Bus station is close down on the main road. The bathroom is big and comfortable. From the bed you have a view directly on the baclony to the beach (side of room to balcony is fully glassed) and the kitchen is well equipped for self cooking. We appreciated the big free water bottle. However, tapping water is drinkable as well, which we did and had no problems with that. Andrea helped us with the transfer from the airport, a rental car, general questions and recommened us different activities and spots on the island. Andreas dogs and cat are polite, quite and calm animals. We had other guest houses on the Seychelles which were more expensive but not that nice as Fley Payanke.
