Beautiful accommodation in Anse Lazio! The view from the room was incredible, and the whole property, with its beautiful garden and pool, was stunning. There’s plenty of space to relax and chill while enjoying the views. The balcony overlooking the ocean, where you can have dinner, is spectacular. You can see both the sunrise and sunset from there, I highly recommend waking up early to see it. The hosts were amazing, shout out to Therese and Raphael! We had dinner there and it was very well priced. The local Creole food was absolutely delicious and full of flavour. We also had breakfast, which was great, with tropical fruits, toast, eggs, and homemade jam. The room was amazing. We stayed on the second floor, which had a huge and beautiful balcony connected to both the living room and bedroom. There was also an outdoor shower, which was really nice. The whole place is beautifully decorated and blends perfectly with nature. The walk to Anse Lazio is around 25 minutes and involves scrambling over some rocks, so it’s not suitable for everyone, but it’s definitely the best way to get to the beach. We loved it, the trail itself was beautiful and surrounded by amazing nature. Overall, our stay was incredible and we would highly recommend this place!

Our stay was perfekt. The highlight was definitely the view and the outside area with the pool and deck. You can see anse lazio and a stunning forest from the top of the mountain. Raphaël and the others did a very good job and always had good advice and made delicious breakfast. The inside had everything you need and was very clean.

The apartments are beautifully situated. Spacious, with amazing views. Teressa & Raphael are stunning hosts. The dinners are spectacularly good. I have not expected that level of quality. You have two most beautiful beaches accessible by foot (yet trekking required).

“Which of the worlds best beaches shall we walk to today?”

Wow this place was exceptional. Two things stood out, the properties surreal position and a wonderful genuinely nice guy manager , Raphael. Two of the worlds best beaches were within 30 mins walk. I don’t want to say too much more as it won’t be available the next time we go! Most people hire a car to get to it but if travelling with a ruck sack you will be aloud to get the bus to Mount Pleasure bus stop just 600m away. Make sure you take plenty of food and drink.

Everything about our stay was simply perfect! The location is amazing, with stunning views to Anse Lazio, the most famous beach in Praslin. The beach itself is accesibile via a 20 minute walk on a beautiful trail, through tropical vegetation. Therese and Raphael are wonderful hosts and they make the best creol food we’ve eaten in Seychelles. Honestly, we didn’t feel the need to eat anywhere else in Praslin! Our room was spacious, with a big living room and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a foldable glass wall that provides a very nice view to the property. This place will stay in our hearts for sure and we hope to come back soon!

“Dream vacation over new year's eve”

I think this is what you call a healing place - the location is so special and the view is a million dollar view. Probably all has been said about this accommodation in the many guest reviews and it is all true!

True Hideaway, calm & beautiful. Raphael and Thérèse were always there for any question or wish. Even though we didn't book breakfast, we were surprised with fresh fruit and banana fritters several times. We had dinner twice: excellent! The appartement was spacious, very comfortable and well equipped also for self-catering, the view from the huge balcony obviously breathtaking. If we visit Praslin again, we will definitely return to you, Thérèse & Raphael - big THANK YOU for the wonderful time-out and your hospitality!

The incredible view, the peace and tranquillity, the delicious food, Terrasse and Raphael who were extremely friendly and attentive. Very spacious with indoor outdoor living.

The property is absolutely gorgeous; drive to entrance of anse georgette is super short; the hiking trail to ande lazio is 15-20 min; these are the 2 best beaches perhaps in all of Seychelles! It is self catering but they actually clean the property, change the towels on a daily for you and if you want to you get the option to also book breakfast and/or dinner. Therese and Raphael were so kind so helpful. We rented the car from a rental Therese suggested and then went on a half day trip with a boat Raphael suggested. The service on the car was extremely professional, the car was brand new and communication was on top totally worth the money. And the boat tour was basically just a couple of euros more per person and we got out private boat and had the tour timings as we liked;

Amazing hospitality by Therese and her team, especially Raphael! You feel like in a 5 star resort, have the most amazing views, an incredible eye for detail and a spotless clean room (We once observed the cleaning after the check-out of other guests last approx. 3 hours, this shows their dedication). Therese and Raphael will help you with any need you might have - once we asked Raphael where we can find a good variety and quality of salad and 5mins later the host herself, Therese, knocked on our door, offered us some salad, cucumbers, rocket salad and said we can ask her any time if we need more - AND THEN ACTIVELY ASKED US THE NEXT DAY IF WE WANT SOME MORE! Raphael helped anytime with recommendations on the island and several questions we had. Oh and the food, the breakfast and the dinner were the best we had on Praslin, you should definitely give it a try - so lavish, so tasty, good value for the money and I swear to god - SO TASTY :) we loved it. You will need a car to get around and Anse Lazio and Anse Georgette (the two best beaches in Praslin) are a 2 min drive + 15-20mins hike - which was cool for us as it brought activity into the day. Might be stressful for elderly and you would have to drive longer to other beaches (30mins to Anse Volbert which is probably the furthest one you might want to visit - so not really far:)) If you are searching for a great accommodation on Praslin, search no further, this is it :)

“Mixed experience that didn’t live up to the expectation”

The location is very remote – realistically only reachable by rental car via a steep and narrow road. There’s nothing nearby, which makes the area extremely quiet. The view from the garden is truly beautiful, overlooking the bays. Check-in was fine, and communication with the host Raphael was handled via WhatsApp after our brief meeting on arrival.

We loved our stay at Terrasse Sur Lazio. The apartment is new, modern, and very spacious — a true hidden gem on the island. From the terrace you get breathtaking views over the ocean, and the location couldn’t be better, just next to Anse Lazio and close to Anse Georgette. The place feels very private and peaceful, perfect for anyone seeking a quiet escape. You could easily spend the whole day here, simply relaxing and enjoying the pool with its stunning panoramic views. Therese and Raphael are truly amazing hosts — so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They supported us with many things during our stay and always went the extra mile to make everything easy and comfortable. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already dreaming of coming back. Five stars without a doubt!

I loved the location. Super close to Anse Lazio (20 minute hike) and Anse Georgette (5 minute drive to Constance Lemuria). Therese and Raphael were super nice hosts. Make sure to book their homemade dinner on the deck perched on the cliff. Incredible food and views at sunset!
