Jenni and Richard are incredibly kind hosts. 🙏 Communication with them has been simply perfect before, during and after the stay 😊 The villa is really spacious, well organized and well furnished, bright, relaxing. Everyday the lovely Sybille will clean your space perfectly. Fruits and essentials for breakfast are generously provided for a couple af days (and over) 🥭🍍🍌 Supermarkets are just outside the property for food and anything else. The property stretches on seaside, where some sunbeds are available for guests. The beaches of Anse Kerlan are in a walking distance. However, please consider renting a car to explore further the fantastic beaches of Praslin, Vallée de Mai UNESCO heritage and the various restaurants scattered across the island. 🚗 Thanks Giorgio and Bruno 🕉️🙏

“An amazing Praslin adventure”

- Great communication from Jenni (the host) from booking. - The place is big with 2 bedrooms, one downstairs and the other upstairs. As well as air con everywhere in there. - The location is quiet with some shops around for easy access to food/groceries. Also, you are near Ansi Georgette (a must-see beach!). - Jenni will help you with everything. Thanks to her, we booked a cheaper full-day tour to see the tortoises. - The property is a 1-minute walk from a private-view beach to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. - Bonus: There is a little red bird who will come to greet you every morning. We were having breakfast together :)

The villas are spacious, clean with everything you need (and more ) and in a perfect area Jenni helped organise our car hire and both the owners Jenni and Richard are available if needed Thanks to Sybil for keeping the villa clean and tidy, we would highly recommend staying here

If you are looking for an idyllic stay on Praslin, look no further. The villa has access to a private beach, so that you can enjoy the beauty of the ocean on your own. The villa itself is spacious, spotless and well equipped with everything you could possibly need in the house (especially, in the kitchen). The villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood, so you will not be disturbed by a loud noise. Richard and Jennie are welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts. You will be greeted with a chilled coconut and will find a big bowl of local fruit and some groceries in the fridge to get you started. Highly recommended. Looking back at all our private host stays from the past 10 years, we think this has been the best one so far, it exceeded our expectations.

We felt like in paradise … perfect ! We absolutely recommand this house. The owner were very concerned about our well-being. We would always go back there. There is a supermarket around the corner … there is a good retaurant and a take-away very close .. there is a bus stop in front of the door.

Anyone looking to visit Praslin. This is as good as it gets and better. The hosts Jenni and Richard are incredibly kind, attentive and truly want your stay to be perfect in every way. The welcome food package on arrival is fantastic. The villa is exceptionally clean. Sabila the daily cleaner made sure surreptitiously that everything was cleaned to perfection. Cannot recommend this place enough. A short walk from your villa takes you to your own private beach where you have the luxury of swimming in the sea or just relaxing and watching some beautiful sunsets.

Villa Coco Beach is probably the cleanest place on Praslin. Everything is sparkling clean, the kitchen is well equipped, with a Nespresso machine, a pleasant living room with a beautiful terrace. The bedroom is large and comfortable, the bathroom nice but small. The host Jenny is very friendly, helped us with our plans and is super responsive. Sibile is also super friendly, she took care of the house and our needs. When we got to the house we were given a beautifully decorated coconut drink and some food with a fruit basket to start the next day. I highly recommend Coco Villa, it's really beautiful.

We stayed in 5 different accommodations on the Seychelles. Villas Coco Beach was the best and I can't imagine anything better. I would give it 12 out of 10 points if I could. Staying here is the best decision you can make. I wish Jenni and Richard that they can welcome lovely guests who appreciate the special service and friendliness. We had a wonderful time, thank you very much.

“Just perfect!”

This was without a question the best place we stayed at throughout our seychelle trip. Everything was perfect, couldn’t wish for anything better. It’s an extremely cosy, lovely place where you wish you could live your life (at least we did:D) Saying our host Jenni was the cherry on the cake is an understatement, because she played a big role in our perfect stay there, by constantly helping advising us and just making sure we can have a great time. If we ever have to chance to visit seychelle again, we know where to stay!

We love to travel. Jenny was by far the best hostess. She was very caring and always available for questions. We have been warmly welcomed. She exceeded our expectation. The house was very clean. Fresh beach towels everyday, house keeping everyday, … Simply everything was perfect! We loved every second of our holidays in this beautiful house.

I could probably write an essay here on how much we enjoyed our stay ( and it’s our fourth time in Seychelles) with Coco Villlas but I’ll try to stick to the points for those who are still hesitating wether to make a reservation or not… 1) Jenni - wonderful Jenni! Her welcome package with the local goodies is impossible to beat. Her care and hospitality won us completely over. her taste and attention to detail is incredible. 2) the villas are beautiful, spacious and modern! you have there everything you need for a comfortable stay! the terrace is an extra bonus. we loved hanging out there and enjoy the tropical garden. the beach is a stone throw away and you have your privacy there. 3) Sybil , the housekeeper, takes good care of the the villas and will always make sure you locked the door:) we loved every moment of our stay and would love to come back. thank you Jenni and Richard for having us!
