Location right in the beach

AnnaRose is a very welcoming and helpful host, the beachgarden is incredibly pretty - sadly there was quite a lot of sea weed on the beach during our stay. But Anse Georgette is a 30min walk away and there it was absolutely stunning.

Facilities were cleaned every day. Very private and comfortable place. Nice beach with no people. Location is very close to anse georgette and supermarkets.

Relaxing beachfront villa with a really nice patio and View of the sea and the palms, it was awsome to have breakfast or a sunset drink. The bed was really comfy, maybe the Best we have ever slept on. Easy parking near the villa, all the electric hardwares were well functioning, ac in the bedroom was good.

The place is beautiful and very clean and spacious. The apartment has all the amenities that you might need. If we come back to Praslin we’d definitely go back. The owner is super lovely and kind.

“Perfection!”

A little sanctuary in paradise. Such a perfect setting to base yourself on Praslin. Whether you are exploring the island, just relaxing in the villa or on the private beach, it's just fantastic. It really looks like the pictures, but being there in real life is so much better! Nana was super helpful and friendly and made sure that I felt welcome. Even though her family live next door, they never imposed on my stay, but were always there if I needed anything. The villa is well appointed. There are shops locally within walking distance and several restaurants and more shops within a very short drive.

“Excellent place to say on Praslin. Recommended”

A large spotlessly clean modern apartment, built to a high standard, with a large very comfortable bed, a high pressure hot shower, and a good kitchen. Right by the beach and sea, with sunbeds under shady trees, and easy entrance for a morning and evening dip. Good access to everywhere on the island including nearby Anse Georgette inside the Lemuria resort, and you can drive to within a 15 minute walk of lovely Anse Lazio. I recommend the tour AnnaRose organised for us with a couple of excellent snorkels and short walk on Curieuse Island. The Valle de Mai is a must see. AnnaRose was delightful and very helpful and couldn’t have been more accommodating. I strongly recommend SeaBreeze restaurant and bar as being the best value and highest quality fresh local fish. Praslin exceeded our expectations. A perfect way to spend the second week of our three weeks here in the Seychelles.

Everything liked very much: location on the beach, private garden, a house, that was very clean, cozy, tasteful and beautiful. The hosts Iris and AnnaRose are very friendly, hospidali and nice!

Nana and her family made us truly feel at home, the place is gorgeous , you’re based right at a beautiful beach. Villas are spotlessly clean and equipped with everything u might need

Anna Rose was a great host. She organised for us a taxi transfer from the jetty with a reasonable. A car rental for only one day was organised for us without problem. Anse Georgette is only 25 minutes away ( in a walking distance).

“Very nice for longer stay”

The villa was really nice, large and clean. The position on beach but we did not use it becouse so many seaweeds. Very kind AnnaRose and her mother. But except this little thing it was really good , nice docoreting house.Location is perfect, close to Anse Georgete and thanks to AnnaRose you can visit beach without the problams.

“Fully recommended, we loved it!”

It was my second stay in this beach villa (with garden view, but even from our terrace we could see the beach and ocean) and again it was perfect. Despite not good weather we enjoyed the stay to the fullest. AnnaRose arranged one-day boat trip to Curieuse for us - very recommended, we enjoyed it a lot, especially snorkeling with manga, shark, lionfish, sea tortoise...). The villa is very nicely equipped, located directly on the private beach with comfy sunbeds - fully recommended if you are looking for a quiet place, feels like paradise. It was cleaned every day. Definitely will visit again!

AnnaRose is a great host and made our stay really unforgettable. Nice details in the villa and garden! The villas are very comfortable, directly near the beach. Perfect location for very nice sunsets and a view to the stars (milky way).

Lovely quiet location, nice beach, the villa is spacious and comfortable. Ideal for relaxation. “Great accommodation !”

We stayed for 3 nights at Cap Jean Marie Beach Villas and we enjoyed every moment. There are villas with large balconies facing the ocean. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well equipped. The bed is comfortable and air conditioner is quiet. We prepared breakfast ourselves. Convenient if not dependent on predetermined times of day. The location is pleasantly quiet, surrounded by small accommodations. Located directly on the beach. Small shops within walking distance. Good location to hike to Anse Lazio. We later regretted not planning to stay longer. AnnaRose is a very kind and sweet host. She really cares about her quests.

Perfect place. We loved everything, the view, the beaches nearby and the landlords was super helpful and friendly. Recommend it 100%. Our honeymoon went smoothly in this apartament.
