In the summer, due to the monsoons, there are strong waves on the local beach, but we walked to Anse Georgette and Lazio. Close to supermarkets and take away. In a nearby hotel, delicious pizza, pasta, excellent massage in the spa. But the highlight of this place is the unconditionally hospitable host. He helped with the organization of the transfer, car rental, treated papaya from his garden and Creole dessert)) we forgot the children's backpack, so the owner brought it to the pier in the morning when we returned from LaDiga. The apartment was basic and had everything we needed for the comfortable stay. The host Charlie was awesome indeed. He provided us all the information we needed and gave us delicious papayas. The location was convenient, because all was a short walk away: grocery, good take-away, beach, bus stop.

Location is perfect if you prefer quiet place with beautiful empty beach less than 100 meters from veranda. 3 time daily you will hear small airplane from nearby “airport”. Bus stop, liquor store, fast food or groceries is 1 minute by walk. Young lady Nathaniera takes car of this business and she makes it perfectly. She can arrange anything you need and she is very nice and helpful. Also she can cook for you, what we can strongly recommend.

The apartment had perfect equipment, kitchen, two bedrooms and even two bathrooms. Everything was clean and very nice. The owner is an amazing guy. He provided a milk for us every time we needed and he also gave as an pineapple. He also let us borrow his kayak every time we wanted and it was unforgettable experience. Desmond is the right man with the right outlook on life.

Desmond is a very helpful and friendly guy! He has some papayas, tomatoes and even bananas for his guests and he is ready to help in every situation. The apartment is big and kitchen facilities are great. WiFi is very good compared to other parts of Seychelles. There is an effective air-conditioner in the bedroom.

Great place to stay on Praslin. Beautiful beach is very close. Anse Georgette also reachable by foot. Two take aways and two shops 5 min walk. The house is clean and has everything you need. Maybe pots could be better. Washing machine worked very well, beds were very comfortable and towels were very soft. Two separated rooms with two separated bathrooms were very useful. The dining table outside was great for everyday meals. We got papayas and tomatoes plus the lesson of opening coconuts. We could also eat them and they were delicious. Sunsets at the beach near the house were outstanding!

Host was very helpful. E.g. he organized rental car, gave us some papaya from his garden.

I definitely recommend the property for group of friends or families. It’s very spacious, comfortable rooms with 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and a nice garden with a table for outdoor breakfast. Very close to the beach, to supermarkets and to the airport. Desmond is a really nice person, very kind and helpful, he gave us useful recommendations for trips and activities on the island. I’d like to go back there asap! Thank you Desmond for everything ;-)

Lovely property with all needed for a comfortable stay (kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, hot water etc). Great location 2 mins from a nice beach and on the bus route. Desmond was a great host and very helpful with everything!

The house is very confortable, fully equipped, also with washing machine and located in nice area Anse Kerlan which is not crowded with hotels. Beautiful public beach is 7 min away neighbouring to Capricorn restaurant's beach where very good dinner is served. Our host Desmond was very kind and warm, he was taking good care of us with fruits, eggs and a lot of informations. Talking to him was a great, joyful experience and a wonderful introduction to our first visit of the Seychelles.
