Debbie and Gordon were fabulous. They made us feel welcome from the minute we walked into Fleur de Lys, nothing was too much trouble. They gave us a list of great places to visit and things to do while we were in the area. Highly recommend this place for a few days or even just over night.

The room was very nice and a good size. The breakfast was very nicely presented. The owners were very engaging. The guest kitchen was very well equipped everything you needed. Excellent if your traveling with small children.

Breakfast was excellent ; fresh, plentiful, and lots of variety. The bedroom was large and pleasant and bed linen was classy and bed very comfortable. Hosts Debbie and Gordon are very friendly and caring. In short , a lovely place to stay.

Close to Confolens a beautiful area, the hosts were charming and helpful. We had the front room upstairs very comfortable and nicely decorated. Do not be put off by the exterior of this 1836 building. as the inside is wonderful. Cannot recommend enough. Good Intermarche close by. Breakfast room has microwave and cooking facilities or cafe nearby. Cannot wait to come back for a few days.

Lovely home from home b&b Really spacious rooms, very clean Brilliant hosts, such a lovely couple. The pool was an added bonus. It was lovely and very relaxing. The seating area in the barn was perfect for a drink in the evening and looked very pretty with the fairy lights. Great choice at breakfast. Well looked after. Perfect trip. Will definitely return.

We absolutely loved staying at the Fleur de Lys. The hosts could not have been more kind and generous, they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We arrived on bikes and were allowed to store them in the owner's barn, the swimming pool was fabulous and Gordon took pity on us and drove us into the centre of town so we could eat dinner and not have to get back on our bikes! 5* service - thank you!!

Hosts friendly and a kind family starting out this year in France. Nicely restored accommodation and furnishings. Breakfast plentiful. We wish them all the best.
