“Very nice place for a easygoing holiday”
We came for the winter holiday, even though we understand that the main season is for summer. For Gerlitzen skiing location is very good. The apartment itself is everything we needed. Kitchen stocked well, enough space for storing things in the closets. We were able to use the heater for ski boots, and there is a parking space in front of the house. There is a shared terrace with a room next door. It was wintertime, so we did not use it, writing here as info if someone finds it relevant. The room was warm in February, and the host was very kind and helpful. We saw complaints about no TV in the room, but we do not watch it, so for us, that was totally ok. Owners live in the house, we personally like that, they give enough privacy, but they are always available to help if needed. Thank you again for having us!

“Clean and pleasant accommodation, great location for Gerlitzen cable car”
Comfortable and clean accommodation with good facilities. Good shower and kitchen with fridge, hob and microwave. Owners very helpful and friendly, picked us up from the station with our luggage. Walkable to the ski lift within 5mins Also close to annenheim train station Good WiFi

Prefect location, 5 minutes from gondola lift, beautiful house with stunning lake view. The apartment was clean and fully equipped. There are couple of supermarkets nearby. The hosts are very very nice and extremely helpful.

Accomodation was exactly as described, but with additional lounge for the guests. Owners were friendly. Close vicinity of hiking paths, skii area and Villach (town).
