Not clean, bad smell ever time in the entire building. Staff were rude and available only for two hours on weekdays. Lift didn't work on multiple occasions. Not worthy of living.

The accommodation is in a decent area, and the building is clean. However, the apartment was rather ill-equipped of some basic things like hand washing soap, dish-washing accessories, proper cutlery used in cooking (cuttinh knives and cooking spoons). The biggest problem we faced was the leak in the kitchen sink, which had the lounge area flooded within couple minutes of use. The heating system works fine, but when turned on, it reeked of dirty laundry within a few minutes so we had to turn it off. The apartment has two single beds and one sofa-cum-bed, however quilt was just provided for the use of one person. The leak in the kitchen sink was the biggest problems so we contacted the reception about it, but it was not looked into at all. The laid-back behavior of the administration, and unwillingness to fix a problem was extremely infuriating as we had to live with the lounge partly inundated throughout our stay.

The very first day I arrived there was no TV remote control to on the television, so I stayed Saturday, Sunday without a watching TV.....is a bad experience with my little son.
