I spent the weekend in Annecy, France, with my wife, and we stayed in an apartment owned by Maile. She is a great host. We immediately felt at home. She was very helpful and gave us excellent tips for restaurants and local amenities, including where to rent bikes. The apartment itself is perfectly situated, very close to the city center and literally just a few steps from the lake. We really enjoyed the entire weekend and appreciated having such a cozy apartment for ourselves. Maile even left us a bottle of wine in the fridge, which was a very nice touch. Everything was super clean. You can immediately notice that the host likes order and that everything has its place. There was absolutely nothing missing in the apartment. The only small point I would mention is that we would have appreciated a slightly bigger bed, as it felt a little tight for two people.

“A tiny well located studio in Annecy”

The location was very good- a very short walk into the main part of Annecy and a 12 minute walk to and from the station. We were made feel very welcome by the owners who were close, accessible and went out of their way to respond to any request. The studio felt like a ski lodge which gave it lovely ambience.

The property was exceptionally clean with great attention to detail. The location was fantastic. A short walk to the Old town as well as the lake. Parking was close by at a small charge.

Well appointed apartment, very clean and tidy, good location, access to old town is easy. Lots of space for luggages. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely friendly hosts, with good recommendations for local restaurants and boulangeries. Bed super comfy. Bonus: Photos were not misleading at all!

The property was small but perfectly formed. It had pretty much everything you could want to make your stay comfortable. The location was great, a two minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the old town but with no noise issues, very close to the lake also. The communication with the owner was excellent, being met on arrival with all the information about the apartment was a nice touch. Sleeping was easy with a very cosy bed and an air conditioner to keep things cool.

The location, right next to the center of the old town, the amenities, how well thought everything was, the hosts. There is no better place to book for your Annecy holidays. Added bonus that Tim speaks perfect english so you do not have to worry about any miscommunication. If you are a couple or a family with young kids look no further. Can't wait to visit again! Our stay at Studio74 in Annecy was without a doubt the highlight of our trip in Europe. The studio is a newly renovated and beautifully decorated loft apartment in the heart of Annecy - literally a 1 minute walk to old town Annecy and the lake. The apartment was spotlessly clean and hygienic. The bed and sofa bed was extremely comfortable and the linen provided was very high quality. The little kitchen had everything you would need if you decided to cook at home as well. While we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this gorgeous little apartment, it was actually the hosts that made this place so great! Maile and her husband Tim were so accomodating both before and during our stay. Maile was extremely organised and sent through all of the information needed for the apartment, as well as some great restaurant recommendations, well ahead of time. We were also given a gorgeous bottle of wine as a welcome gift on arrival! We initially had some issues connecting to the WiFi (due to an iPhone iOS security update), and Maile was very responsive and resolved the issue straight away (in the late hours of the evening too) so we were reconnected as soon as possible. However, it was when we ran into some trouble ordering a taxi to depart Annecy that Maile and Tim went above and beyond for us. Unfortunately we couldn’t get one to pick us up, so Tim was incredibly kind and offered to drive us and our suitcases to the train station himself. We were just blown away by how helpful and hospitable they were! If we ever find ourselves in Annecy again we will absolutely rebook this place, and we would definitely recommend this to anyone else coming to visit this gorgeous little town!

Amazingly located, in an old refurbished studio, nicely decorated, right at the edge of the old city of Annecy. A fantastic place to explore the surroundings and streets. We loved Maile hospitality, recommendations and responsiveness. The place though small had everything we needed with lots of extra small touches. There is a public parking place right at the end of the street which was super comfortable and we did not move the car for 2 days. Bicycle rent, lake, boats, restaurants - all just a step away. We will definitely come back once in Annecy again.

Perfect place for two people. The upstairs bedroom is lovely, the location is perfect and the communication beforehand was great. Anna, who dealt with us in relation to the property, was so helpful and went out of our way when our car broke down. She was so kind and lovely.
