“Great location but basic hotel”
Great location on outskirts of Annecy, we drove into the main area for restaurants etc. Room are VERY basic so keep expectations low.

No locker for storing luggage Extremely small bathroom and toilet. Upon asking the staff, she said.."THE PICTURES ARE RANDOM" . The bathroom had shower curtain that would stick to your skin,. Whatever pictures are there online and the reviews are all paid ones except a few people who have uploaded correct pictures, which I missed while booking as they were towards the bottom. They do not speak English, only french They gave us underground floor with smell of paint in the entire corridor and room. No water bottles Only 2 towels Poor quality mattress making sound

The room was very clean and neat, it had a spacious bathroom with a bigger shower. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Very nice and helpful personnel, big car park located close to main roads and the city centre. Clean surroundings and hotel inside. The room bit too small for 3 people but when you come there just spend the night and sleep is really good. For me comfortable bed. Air con and very hot water in the shower. Is worth his price. Thank you. 😊
