“No power for our stay but charged full price”
We experienced a total power cut in our rooms from the evening till when we left the following morning. So no lights at all, no air conditioning, and couldn’t charge phones, use amenities, etc. So fully expected a refund but they wouldn’t give anything other than to cover our parking charge. Which we hadn’t even realised wasn’t included. Very disappointing.

“Novotel, great stay!”
Clean, great spacious room and fab location to walk around town. Right abive the train tracks which my sons loved watching out of the window. We didn't eat or drink in the restaurant or breakfast but all aspects we used were great!

“Perfect location and a comfortable stay”
Perfect location. Easy walk into the town centre yet very quiet location. The staff were very friendly and little touches like Ritual products in the bathroom and a couple of complementary drinks in the fridge made it even better! The rooms are modern and very comfortable with lovely views across town with the mountains behind.
